Always awesome cuisine. Super consistent quality. I love eating at Joe's. I have had birthday dinner at Joe's if that paints the picture of how good and special Joe's Place is to me.

I ate here a few years ago and on this trip we had lunch here. The fish tacos were absolutely wonderful and I wished I could order a second plate of them. My husband had fish and chips and his fish was just as good plus his fries looked hand cut (might not have been but they were good). We... More

My wife and I got to Joe's nearly every weekend since we are renovating a place in town and have no means to cook at our property. The food is always good, service is prompt, the staff are friendly, and they always have cold beers on tap. Throughout our visits, we have tried nearly everything on the menu & never... More

I stopped in at Joe's Place after several months of not stopping to find they have a new manager and the improvement on the place is good. They now have a full bar and it is good. They run a Friday special on a catfish plate that is delicious. My wife and I have been back since the last visit... More

Joe's Place, also known as Baca (pronounced Bacha) is a fun restaurant with the coldest beer in town - if that's important to you. The food is good, but at times is not consistent. The atmosphere is family-friendly and welcomes everyone from the littlest one to the elders.

Average food, small steaks. The meatloaf was the only thing I thought that was worth the money. Just my opinion. You may have a different opinion. It's worth a try

Just had dinner at Joe's. Had great Whikey Sours to start. I had Baha Tacos and husband had steak. Service was down home and quick. Food was excellent. The restaurant was room and clean, including bathrooms.

We went here this past week to eat dinner. They have changed the inside of the restaurant since the last time we had been. The bar is no longer in the main room, instead it was relocated to the smaller room on the other side. Nicer for the diners that didn't want the Bar atmosphere. My husband and I both... More

After reading about this café in the Texas Monthly magazine's Top 40 Cafe's in Texas, we decided to give it a try. I ordered the All American Burger with garlic fries, and my husband ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. Both dishes were delicious. We also shared some banana pudding which was good. The cafe is located on the quaint town... More

We've dined here frequently in the past on business trips to the area. This was our first visit in a year and there have been significant changes, up-dates and improvements. Joe's is a typical, saloon type eatery that has been a consistent winner. The food is very good, the service is always friendly and the prices are right. Since our last... More
