This place was hard to find because it was in a convenience store and gas station. You ordered from a lady paid for it and they called your name. Your order was received in a brown paper sack. You could either take it with you or enjoy it in the nice seating area they had in another room. I had... More

Set up is very confusing, more signs would be appreciated. Bbq was average. Desserts seemed high priced but looked good. In a convenient store, so very little seating

This ain't no chain burger joint. This is real beef, with butter grilled on the buns. Onions if you want them. Food that tickles your soul and marks a permanent spot on your brain to remind you, you ate something good. There's no designer furniture, and no marble floors, just good burgers. I know, I know burgers at a BBQ... More

Stop a drive from casino and spotted the BBQ signs and walk in. The customer service was great. I order 2 meat plate and found it be very tasty. The homemade pies were some of the best i ever had. Great i found this because i head to casino several time and now know where to stop for BBQ.

Craving BBQ, followed the signs and tried it and I bet I don't pass Cole's again without stopping - it was delicious! I had a sliced brisket sandwich with a side of potato salad and 20 ounce drink for $8.75. I'm selective about potato salad and this was exactly what I like. I took a smoked turkey breast sandwich to... More

Every time that we journey to Dallas, we always stop at Cole's! The Bar-B-Que is fantastic! But the very best is their desserts and candy! Good selection of fudge and pies! This is on of our secret places that we don't want to revile to the rest of the world. All of the employees are friendly!

On a recent drive to Dallas from Houston we were hungry and decided to stop and get a candy bar or snack. We pulled into what we thought was a small gas station with a little store. It was actually Cole's Bar-B-Q in Fairfield,Tx. After walking in and smelling the wonderful aromas coming from the small restraunt we decided to... More

We did a BBQ crawl from Chicago to Houston back to Chicago. This was my top pick for pulled pork sandwich!
