My husband and I celebrate our anniversary in a new city each year. In April, our friends just so happen to be getting married in El Campo on our anniversary weekend. My husband had already checked out a couple restaurant menus in the area online...and decided Greek Bros had a menu for for both of us.
We settle in at the hotel and head to dinner, and let me tell you... from the location and the small bar style they have going on there when you enter, we both did not expect much from the food. But we committed to this place for dinner, so it was happening.
I ordered the Ribeye- I can’t even tell you what my husband ordered, and I gave the waiter my taste for drinks and told him to have the bartender decide for me based off that.
Let me tell you... WE WERE WRONG. The bartender, made me a drink that did not disappoint and then our food was served. That steak was THE BOMB. It was so perfectly seasoned, such a perfect cook, and beyond juicy. I LOVE a good, juicy, medium rare steak. Chris cooked it and I made sure he knew he had a happy guest.
Once dinner was finished, we decided to stay and have a couple drinks at the bar. This is where we met Brent, Matt, Christina and a regular, Nathan. We were thoroughly entertained for the rest the night through great conversation, and really got to feel what a family Greek Bros was. The atmosphere, people, and food here were amazing. Should we ever find ourselves back in the area, we definitely know where our ONLY stop will be for food and drinks.More
