The most noticeable thing to us was just how good the food tasted on our first visit. 2nd visit confirmed. I tried the fried catfish with shrimp and both were seasoned perfectly. I have tried fish at many places and some just don't seem to understand how to season it right. This is amazing. Sides were all good too, and... More

The food is great and the variety includes pan seared tuna, alligator bites and one night of the week is frog legs. I love the Chefs Mexican salad. It is made like the taco salad we used to make in the sixties, including the Catalina dressing.

We had a gift certificate for this place so we decided to try it out. The place is decorated with miscellaneous fun stuff. I orders a ribeye steak, which was voted exactly like I liked. The seasoning was very tasty as well. The prices were reasonable as well. The only thing that was weird was we had to join their... More

Words cannot express how awful the service was at this restaurant! We called ahead about a week before since there was a large party, show up, and they act as if they did not know us.. They waitresses were rude, not accommodating at all... It took about 45 minutes to receive our drinks, and order our food, and then an... More

Good food, fun atmosphere, good location. I'm not a smoker so sitting out on the patio is not a preferred option, unfortunately.

We had a group of nine and lots of different things were ordered. Fried pickles may have been the best I've ever had. We had steaks, chicken fried steaks and burgers and nachos. The sweet potato fries were yummy. Everyone at the table raved about their food and the consensus was a return trip the next time we were in... More

I have been to the place several times in several years and would not say this was the best place I have ever eaten a steak, but it is probably nor the worse either. Wait staff is not very friendly, but the food is okay.

Stopped here unexpectedly and it turned out to b really good. Lots of fun decorations to check out. Free shell peanuts! I had the mesquite grilled chicken sandwich 👍🏻👍🏻. My husband had pan seared catfish which was really good too. There is also an outside patio deck overlooking the Pecan Bayou.

Ate lunch here based on a recommendation and the only downside was that I wasn't hungry enough for the American-sized portions! Very good service and friendly servers made the good food more enjoyable. Well worth the stop.
