Good margaritas, enchiladas and fajitas. Salsa had way too much heat. Funky cleaning smell to the place. Waitstaff loudly made silverware packets 2 tables from us when the room next to sat empty.

I've eaten here many times and their food always delivers. It's essentially a standard CenTex Mexican place but with better food. Full bar, lots of parking. On the far west end of town.

This is not a beautiful fine dining restaurant. It is best described as "a Mexican bar and dining room on 290 West" as you are leaving Dripping Springs. The food is really good--not beautifully presented, but very tasty and lots of it! The service is...OK--sometimes a little too detached, but adequate. The prices are very reasonable. The ambiance is a little funky with bad "Mexican art" and a little like a diner (spartan). But in spite of all this, it is a great place to stop for Mexican food--perhaps a little more like Tex-Mex. The bar always seems to have people in it and the place is crowded for lunch--after 1 PM, it is easy to get a table. They are doing a great job of social distancing--many tables removed. Everyone is masked. The menu is under the glass covering the table--a great way to cut down on the germs! We do not frequent this place often, but when we do, we really like the food. This is NOT a great place to watch your caloric intake! However, there are some good diet items (fish & vegetables) on the menu....More

My husband and I went for dinner. I ordered a pina colada. This came with no alcohol. My husband ordered the gorditas. Those should be made with flour tortillas but these came with fried hamburger buns. We have gone several times before and it was...ok but this time was awful. Maybe they got a different cook. Needless to say this will be our last visit.More

The food here is good. I especially like the salsa. Where is the green salsa that you used to have? Special request? I’m not impressed with waiting so long to be seated when there are a lot of open tables. Someone be on that front...door so customers don’t feel they aren’t welcome here!More

Stopped for lunch and had a great meal - service not snappy but ok - had pollo en mole and our other diner had pork fajitas - good size servings and yet not too huge. It’s a good spot.

I’ve visited twice in the last year. Both times they have exceeded expectations. Wonderful food and great service. Both times we ate breakfast.

Stopped in tonight and had dinner. The chips were a bit over browned from what I am used to, but crispy and good. Salsa tasted good and had a bit of a slow burn to it, even for a pepper-head like me. The Fish tacos...were sloppy and overfilled, but actually pretty good. I liked having to clean up afterwards with a fork to get all the filling that dropped. Charro beans a little salty, but otherwise a good solid meal. It wont be the best Mexican meal you will find, but so so easy to find much, much worse in lots of other places. As I was driving, I only had one, but the Mexican martini was really good! It was not too sweet, nor too sour - well balanced and unlike so many drinks where you wonder if there was really any booze in it, by the time I finished, I could feel it - not in a dangerous way, but in the way a good drink should hit you. All in all well worth the stop and I would eat there again.More

Mexican food was good and the restaurant was clean. I wasn’t wild about their fajita meat but everyone loved the enchiladas.
