I went there with a date and the service in the restaurant was excellent. The food was mediocre. She had the buffalo, which was chewy and "gamey". I had the antelope, which was served on a mole type sauce. The sauce tasted a bit off...More

Didn't have a chance to have dinner here but breakfast was awesome. I had Huevos Rancheros and was pleased with all the flavors and presentation. Warm soft Tortillas on the side, and little lightly sweet lemon muffins to add Marmalade to for desert!

The food is absolutely amazing. The ingredients are of the highest and purest quality. The flavors that the chef creates– – sometimes subtle sometimes bold – – all work together in concert for the most harmonious dining pleasures. I typically do not always order dessert...More

If you have only one night in Dallas, and you can only pick one place for a nice dinner, this is where you should be. Everything that brought to our table was delicious. The champagne and wine by the glass recommend by the sommelier was...More

Fearings Restaurant in the Ritz Carlton turned out to exceed our expectations. The atmosphere is very relaxed (although as with so many other restaurants and hotels in Texas, way over-airconditioned, especially for visitors from London). As it was late in the evening after a long...More

Enjoyed a lovely dinner with business colleagues. Very good service and food which was south western style with a lovely twist. Mixed plate starter was very good and the table had excellent buffalo fillet and scallops between us.

I have been a fan of Dean Fearing for over 25 years. First, at the Mansion then here. I had many lovely meals at the Mansion under his tutelage and then at Fearings, even holding my daughter's bridesmaid luncheon at Fearings. I have always loved...More

This has been on our bucket list for quite a while so the reality was an even bigger disappointment. Beautiful setting in the Ritz Carlton. Very good service (so quick that the waiter kept stealing the straw from my margarita...doesn't he know that it's for...More

We came to Fearing's for our anniversary. We'd been here a couple of times before and have enjoyed each visit - no exception this time. We had the tasting menu so we put ourselves into the hands of the chefs. Our favorites were the snapper,...More

Expectations were high for a restaurant located in the Ritz Carlton, especially one from a famous chef and with a crowded bar scene and almost every table occupied on a midweek evening I thought I was going to experience something special, but alas I did...More

I found the food to be quite good (not outstanding) but the wait staff is attentive. If I were you, have a drink at the bar first -- IT'S LOVELY. Then go in for dinner. The hotel is gloriously decorated, too!
