Stopped for dinner here before going to the Improve across the street, and we had a really good meal. We had a reservation, and we're seated immediately, and our waiter came right over to take our drink order and answer questions. For an appetizer, we had the crispy shrimps, and they were really good, and the sauce had a nice kick. The bread was really good, although it looked like a large potato, the look was deceiving. For an entrée I had the short ribs with mac&cheese. The ribs were very tender and tasted great, the mac&cheese was a bit runny but tasted pretty good. Overall it great service and atmosphere, and we will definitely visit again.

We have been about 4 times and yesterday was the 5th time and it has been excellent every time. I would recommend making reservations. I think what makes Kennys excellent is you can tell the owners/managers want their patrons to enjoy themselves and return so you will recieve excellent service. So that goes with out saying the waitstaff here is exceptional. Yesterday we sat in Emorys section and he had 4 tables to serve and he didn’t skip a beat. Not once did we have to ask for something like more water because he would just fill them. He kept our cocktails cold by bring out chilled glasses and pour our remaining drink into those. Never had that happen before. This is a loud place but the waitstaff would lean into our area and speak loud enough so we could hear but not to disturb the other patrons at the other tables. It’s things like this is why they are so popular…plus the food. I had the clam chowder and it was great-will get again. I went to get a steak but as we waited on our table I kept seeing this sandwich being ordered…I couldn’t tell if it was the fish or chicken so I asked Emory and he said it was the chicken. Oh my goodness….this is hands down the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten and I was not disappointed I didn’t get a steak. I will be returning to get this sandwich again. I can not say enough good things about Emory and will ask to sit in his section if possible but it sounds like from the other reviews you can’t go wrong with any of the waitstaff.

First time trying Kenny’s tonight and it was great! Hostesses were so pleasant even though we did not have a reservation. Our server was really good and super friendly. Food was amazing. I think it was the best Pork Chop that I have ever had in my life. The Beef Tenderloin that my wife was cooked perfectly and was topped with a Blue Cheese, Walnut and Bacon topping that was so unique and a great compliment to the beef. We sat at the “Chef’s Table” facing the kitchen and everything they were making looked SO GOOD. Wish I had saved room for dessert. We will definitely be back whenever we are back in the area.

Finally visited Kenny's although I lived in the area for a long time.
Obviously is was my error.
Our dinner party of 6 had a wonderful meal.
Be prepared to be served the best popover you have ever had as their bread service.
Brad's service was spot on, he gave us time to peruse the menu, socialize and then order. He frequently returned to check on us and to top off drinks.
Although they do not have an extensive menu that is not a negative because I believe it is better to serve a limited number of dishes well than many dishes poorly. There is something for everyone; fish, chicken, beef, veggies, etc.
Everyone in the party ordered different apps and mains, no complaints, many compliments about the food.
Hungry patrons should order the pork chop, yum, huge, 3 day brined, then grilled.
Food and drink prices were reasonable.

Popovers superb. Wedge salad good. Spicey shrimp app excellent. Tuna nachos very good. Redfish with crab and shrimp very good. Lamb chops (x2) were fatty and not professionally trimmed...the parts near the fat were raw pork on both examples. Excellent service. Too loud for 83-year-old mom.

The restaurant was around the corner from our hotel and we found it right after our arrival in Addison. Even though it was around 7:30pm, there was a 30 minute wait. Both the large bar area and dining rooms were very busy. We both ordered the steak sandwiches -- sliced tenderloin, brie and sautéed onions on a toasted hoagie roll. Unfortunately we found it hard to eat. Because of the amount of beef and melted cheese, it was hard to pick up even after cutting it in half. It was hard to eat with a fork and knife for the same reason - everything just slid around. Service was good.

I travel a lot. Usually I like to look for as many different places to check out in the cities I frequent. However, it’s difficult for me to come to Dallas and not eat at a Kenny’s establishment. Both Kenny’s Italian and Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill are outstanding. The service is consistently excellent and the food quality is on par with restaurants costing much more. I’m a bit of a bread pudding fanatic and there’s is at the top of my list. I’ve eaten here dozens of times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m confident that if anything was eVerifile less than satisfactory they would promptly make it right. Highly, highly recommended.

Our waitress Racheal was an absolute delight. She made great recommendations and her service was excellent. We has the brie bites, steak sandwiches, and country fried steak with the adult mac and cheese. All of these choices were great. One of my friends ordered a cosmopolitan martini and our waitress actually “refreshed” her glass during the meal which was a first for her and was very thoughtful. The popovers were new to us and were an excellent start off to our amazing experience at Kenny’s Wood Fried Grill. Highly recommend this restaurant and also highly recommend Racheal as your server.

Awesome experience with delicious meal in all respects celebrating our daughter’s 17th birthday while in town for USYS Presidents Cup soccer tourney. Superb, beyond exceptional steak house, fine dining experience. Maggie was our host and was a joy; made it a very special birthday meal and celebration for my 17 year old. Ribeye was perfect; son had a burger that he was over the moon about and he’s a picky eater. Spouse’s filet mignon was superb. Highly, highly recommend. Make sure you have a Grey Goose highly chilled martini- dirty with blue cheese stuffed olives is how I would recommend. Fresh baked bread was a superb special touch ti the meal. Oh, the crème brûlée was outstanding as well. Really cannot say enough about this stunningly fine restaurant; fine dining but in a fun, buzz-filled atmosphere. Don’t miss it if you are in the Big D with family or friends.

Few restaurants can get everything perfect, but Kenny’s did.
We were seated within 5 minutes of our reserved time. The specialty cocktails we tried were both excellent.
For dinner, we tried the French onion soup, sea bass, surf and turf (filet and crab cake), creamed spinach and adult mac & cheese. Everything was spot on wonderful - could not have been any better.
For fest, we tried the key lime pie and bread pudding. Both were also excellent.
Service was on par with the food, but Pancho was a standout as a waiter. His enthusiasm and suggestions made the meal extra special. We do not live in the area, but will DEFINITELY come back next time we are in Addison.
You can’t go wrong here!

This restaurant was recommended to us by long-time Dallas residents. We visited with family and had a wonderful meal - all American fare (steaks, seafood, burgers); special of the day on Sunday was chicken fried steak. The ambiance was dark, very large bar upon entry and not very noisy. Great placed to entertain. I would recommend the salmon, and my son tried the chicken fried steak which he said was excellent.

We went in to celebrate our anniversary. It was a last minute decision and the only place we could sit was at the "Chef's Table" which is a bar overlooking the kitchen. It was an unexpected treat. The service was fantastic. It's the little things... the waiter heard us discussing appetizers with the folks next to us and surprised us with samplers of what the other was having. The popovers were a fun and delicious treat. The Filet was perfect. The salad was over the top good. The fried Brie was amazingly rich. We wish we'd had room for dessert. To top it off, when they found out it was our anniversary, the manager gave us great incentive to come back. We don't live in Dallas, but we'll be arranging a "stop" soon.
Prices were reasonable. It was upscale but not overly expensive.
It has a neighborhood feel, like the room is full of regulars.

We found this restaurant by researching best restaurants in the area on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! It seems to be a very popular spot with the locals. All walks of life from a girls night out, family celebrations, to date nights. We went on a Sunday and it was still very busy. I would highly recommend a reservation. Despite how busy it was we were able to walk right in and go straight to a table. Our server, Oscar, was an excellent waiter. Professional and attentive. There were three of us in our party and all of our meals were quite good. Prices are very reasonable as well. Most entrees varied between $15.99-$26.99. They serve everything from steaks, seafood, burgers, pasta, ect. Very large portions! I couldn't believe how big my Ahi Tuna steak was. It was cooked perfectly, but the blacken seasoning was a bit much. Another person in our party ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. She loves Chilean Sea Bass and said this was the best prepared Sea Bass she has every had! The sides were quite good as well. I would recommend the brussels sprouts and mac and cheese! The fresh popovers before your meal are delicious! One other thing I really liked was not only did they serve Grey Goose on tap, but half way through my martini the server came over with another frosted martini glass to pour my remaining cocktail into finish. Great touch! PS....you may want to take a gander at the pepper mill...just saying!

A little disappointed that we had put on reservation that we came for a birthday, no recognition for that. The food overall was good but a few of the items were just par such as Brussel sprouts and oysters. Not sure I rate this place as high as others but was glad we tried it. I would give between 3-4 out of 5.

Man, I have to tell you, this place is the real deal. Excellent service, food was to die for. Atmosphere is very inviting. Everyone is very friendly. We shared the 16oz Ribeye with the Lobster topping with a Bernise and Red Wine Reducion sauces. Our server, Nikki was so good and friendly. We are displaced for Hurricane Delta so wanted a nice relaxing meal to kinda forget about things for a few hours. We got that and more. Manager staff keep checking on us and were very friendly and said they were praying for us. If you are in the Addison area or N. Dallas, a must try. Great crowd too. Nice, clean, friendly. You will not be sorry.
