Started by looking for coffee and appetizers at 7pm on a Thursday, ended with getting called "ludicrous" by the manager because I let my friends join me who had food truck food in hand. Tact is not part of their overly superior repertoire.

I think this answer is past your evening plans, but if the weather is not so warm, it is only a few blocks walk. And walking would be faster, cheaper and much more pleasant than reparking.
