Couldn't finish my perfectly grilled salmon Caesar salad! My friend got the wings at happy hour and they were just as good.
Took the kids here for lunch while staying at the Fairmont. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff are great. The food is pretty mediocre compared to the culinary food scene available in Dallas. If you’re just looking for something basic and are in...the area this fits the bill. That being said, the drinks are outrageously expensive. I don’t normally ask how much something is but when I got the bill a double well vodka soda was $26 USD ($33 CAD). Just a note if you are having a drink. Food prices seemed fair enough.More
Do yourself a favor and visit this amazing restaurant and bar in Dallas. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything I’ve tasted melted in my mouth. John makes the best cocktails in Dallas and...Denis makes everyone feel at home. Highly recommend!More
Stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in March for roughly two days for work meetings. I hit the Pyramid bar several times while there (and yes, I ate as well). Service was amazing regardless of the time of day. I was there typically mid-day during breaks....Spent some time chatting with John and he was great. He interacted with several groups of people, while I was there, making everyone feel taken care of and heard! Would easily go back and / or recommend to other travelers.More
Off the main lobby in the Fairmont, the restaurant space was not particularly charming. Table and chairs reminded me of a Hampton In breakfast area and the restaurant was a bit drafty. There were no table cloths. The menu was really abbreviated and the option...of ordering a bottle of win was not on the menu. The food was not exciting - my Beyond Beef burger was good but the fries were limp and soggy. My wife's vegetarian risotto was tasty. Our waiter was friendly but it took a long time to take an order. We live around the corner but I doubt that we will be back.More
I recently stayed at the Fairmot Hotel for a convention, where this restaurant is located. After 2 days I had basically eaten everything vegetarian that was offered, with 2 days left to fo. However, imthey accommodated me, allowed me to remix a few things. Service...was great and staff very pleasant. The food I did eat was very good. I think a few more than 3-4 items should be available on the menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for vegan/vegetarian options. The Babaganoush was excellent! * not sure I spelled correctly.More
The staff was great and the food was delicious. We came in for a wedding and the staff was great to work with and put us in our own room, which was very fun. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Just had a Five Star dining experience due to George W. Daye the 3rds amazing hospitality! After a very intense day of work, we were in desperate need of a dinner break that would refuel not only our bodies but our souls. We were extremely...disappointed that the lobster roll was not offered on the dinner menu but George went above & beyond when he learned of our disappointment to make it happen. Imagine our surprise when he presented us with the most delicious lobster rolls we could imagine. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts George. These girls have happy plates, bellies & faces. You’re the BEST! ❤️More
I enjoyed dinner at the Pyramid three nights in a row! Every meal I ate was excellent! From the appetizers, to dinner and dessert, I didn't leave a drop behind! Definitely recommend all the pasta meals, and all the chocolate desserts!!
Because Pyramid is located inside Fairmont Dallas, where I was billeted for a week, I did not feel the need to be too adventurous by eating outside the hotel where I attended a convention. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet consisting of heavy and healthy...choices from bread to fruit to cereal to meat choices to different types of egg dishes. Amazingly, they have healthy options (The impossible - vegetarian- burger served with sweet potato fries, and the shawarma chicken wrap I always had for lunch) and I frequently ask them to serve me omelette with lots of spinach and cheese in it. You can have your dishes custom made according to your particular style and taste because the kitchen is composed of creative and happy people. I give so much credit to Aida for being the most wonderful person who greets you at the entrance — she can disarm the coldest of personalities with her warmth and maternal vibe. She checks out your orders and ensures that you are served well. She is the life and soul of the Pyramid. Kim is the most glorious staff you can ever find in the Deep South. I heard from locals that she’s been at the hotel for almost 30 years so she is a seasoned hotel and restaurant practitioner. Kim has the most infectious smile and cheer that foreshadows that most wonderful meals that you are about to partake. I also commend Sarah and Alyzza who served me with so much heart and spirit when Aida and Kim took a day off. At the bar, Roberto transforms a variety of ingredients to formulate the tastiest cocktails. And Yasenia reminds me that there is a future for the millennials working at the Pyramid and Fairmont Dallas because she has an amazing personality, an even more amazing memory and the most prompt service you can probably find in the state of Texas. I am back in my country now but I am still over the moon about my Texas visit because the Pyramid fed me well and along the way, my experiences at the restaurant and bar made me realize that there are still many good, make that great people living and working in the other side of the world. Thank you very much!More

We visited as a group of 8; service was impeccable, food was wonderful, wine list first rate, and ambiance perfect for a gathering of family and friends. If you want a spot for an intimate dinner, the pyramid is the right spot.

My husband and I had Easter brunch at Pyramid and really enjoyed it! The selections were plentiful and interesting, not just standard ho-hum brunch fare. Our server was very friendly, the atmosphere was nice. We would definitely dine here again!

Presentation and taste of the food was amazing. The scallops were beautifully prepared and tasted amazing. Although the scallops were fantastic, the critus cheesecake was unbelievable delicious so light and tangy. Sit away from the bar for reduced noise levels.
Thank you so much for the review! We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the scallops and cheesecake. We hope you will get the chance to dine with us again, soon.
