Taco Diner is never gonna blow your socks off, but it's a great location (we were going to the movie next door) and you don't have to worry about getting a table there. The food is average, the drinks are weak and the service is just ok. Saturday's experience did nothing to alter my opinion...

Excellent location, great team, and awesome taste. Serving portion is good and the complimentary chips and dip are great. Keep it up!

Had lunch on 18th Apr. Was served by Jessie. Excellent location. Excellent hostess. Excellent team front n kitchen. The guy at the bar is amusing n full of energy as one should be. I just went by the hostess' suggestion. And I thoroughly thoroughly loved it. Awesome flavour. She made sure i got some additional dips to suit my Indian... More

I tried the carne asada tacos and they were quite tasty. I loved the various salsas they had which tasted really fresh. Service was a bit slow but it was a gorgeous day in the 70s in January so it was quite busy.

While parking for this restaurant can be a challenge, the tacos are worth the challenge. Small upscale restaurant in an area crowded with choices. As a matter of fact, there is another mexican chain restaurant right across the street from this one. The inside area is small, but the service is quick and we didn't have to wait too long... More

Skinny rita was not properly made. Bitter. Chips were fine but what's with giving a scant puddle of salsa to go with them? We had to ask for more three times, and each time it was tough to get service. Tacos arrived. Shells were stale. Inedible. We told the waiter. "I'll tell the kitchen." My wife asked for more lettuce... More

Taco Diner is owned by the very popular Mi Cocina (across the street) and their food is very similar. I would highly recommend both. Especially the Mambo Taxis (or Limos)!

We had to beg for service, but once we made a connection we were promptly served and given Queso as an apology. However, food was just OK. I was excited to try the Posele, but disappointed.

Went for sunday brunch because of the nice patio and dog friendly atmosphere. Both I and my companion ordered the brisket and eggs with patio and fruit sides. I ordered my eggs over easy. We waited at least 20 minutes for the food then everything on my plate was cold. But at least the eggs were cooked over easy. When... More

My family recently had lunch here. The salsa and queso were great. We had avocado tacos (good), philly steak tacos (great), chicken and chipotle (dry/not great), and al pastor tacos (good). The restaurant was very clean and the staff and awesome.
