Back in the 80s, La Madeline had really great food. IN the last twenty years, it has been bought and sold so many times that the food has become really average and uninteresting.

If you want an authentic French meal at $30, then this is not your restaurant. La Madeleine provides a casual environment and more reasonable priced French influenced food mixed with American taste. My sliced Chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese and onion is an example. Salads greens were plentiful. However, the salad dressings are limited to 3 (vinaigrette, Caesar, and "house").... More

There are several of these in Dallas and we had tried this one before. It was as good as it had been before. We find that the chain is generally good and provides a little different taste than other similarly priced restaurants. If you are familiar with this chain, you would find this location acceptable.

I enjoyed this place for lunch. I don't remember having anything that wasn't good. Cookies to go were often part of my visit.

I have visited multiple locations of this chain. Their food is predictable at each location. However, I have found one location that outshines the others. It isn't this one. I don't prefer the area. The parking lot is dark toward the back. It's fine if you can park near the door. My favorite dish is the trio. I enjoy getting... More

first they took the order then rudelysaid to the TO GO COUNTER. Specifically requested a large soup. 15 minutes later another person asked if I had been helped and attempted to fill order. Brought a small soup and I asked to have it changed. She pretended to change the order but did not. I got home to find small soup.... More

Love eating here. The food is always good and I have never had a bad meal here. The employees are always friendly and make you glad you came to dine there.
