Went today to lunch and it seems that they were not running their meat services as expected or as usual. We turned the disks to the green side and waited for about 10 minutes, the pineapple skewers came twice but no meat, we asked for the beef cut, the sausage skewer arrived, we talked to the manager, he pointed to... I am a big fan of Brazilian steakhouse dining, so naturally I wanted to give Rafain a try. For me... well, I completely loved it. While the salad bar was a little more limited than I expected, based on extensive visits to other Brazilian steakhouses, the part that really mattered was awesome - the meat. I tend to gravitate toward... More

The reviews for this restaurant were mostly very good and indicated it was cheaper than Fogo, so we decided to give it a try. It was a great choice. The salad bar had a nice selection and was very fresh. I could have happily eaten it and considered it a good meal. But we came for amazing meats so I... More

Ate here as part of a large group and had a really nice time. The meat was exceptional, but I did feel that they stopped serving a little too early; some people clearly had not finished. Also the salad was a little disappointing. Dessert was good though, and the wine list was extensive. Our main server was excellent, but the... More

Visited Dallas last year for a friend's wedding, and to catch up with my high school friends. A friend of mine took me to Rafain when she heard I've never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before. I gotta say they did not disappoint. They have a nice self-service salad and dessert bar, and an all-you-can-eat meat buffet. Some of the... More

Brazilian Steakhouses are fundamentally a Golden Corral with a white table cloth and big knives. Sure, sure there are probably some good ones out there. But the design is the same. Stuff diners at the over done salad bar, overwhelm the senses with hand carved meat and attempt to sell as much alcohol as humanly possible while the diner is... More

We've been to all three churrascarias in the area (Fogo di Chao and Texas do Brasil being the other two), and by far this one is the best. Best variety of meats, excellent service, and unlike the others, Rafain offers a dessert menu included in the price. Upscale but casual (business casual attire ok), and as the others a bit... More

Had a couple gift certificates to this place which is why I decided to take my parents for Mom's 71st birthday. Let's start with the fact that dinner for 4, with 1 bottle of wine ($100) was almost $500. FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I would have been disappointed with my choice had it been half that, but for the life I... More
