This is my third time to this restaurant and I like it more very time. I was there with my wife and daughter and we had the Devil Eggs as an appetizer and then their three top sellers. My daughter got the brisket, my wife the fried chicken, and I got the pork chop. None of us were disappointed, but... More

This is a great bar with southern ambiance. I usually have the hanger steak with tomato salsa, and is always fantastic. Steak is always tender, and perfectly cooked to the temperature I want (medium rare). Some of my other favorites includes fried chicken, and the chicken-fried buffalo steak. Be sure to make a reservation, this place gets crowded!

Went for a business lunch today and decided to splurge and have the chicken fried steak. Usually I do not have the gravy with such a dish (not a big fan) but I was intrigued by chorizo gravy. It was unlike any gravy I have had before and I found myself eating every bite.

The table side prickly pear margarita must be ordered simply because it is so entertaining to watch its preparation. Other people in my party had it and liked it. (I tasted it and was not for me, but others loved it). The black snapper was extremely good. the food was good and considering we were a party of 9, the... More

The food was good and the prices were great. The service was not bad but not great. Totally forgot to ask me for a drink or dessert. I think because we were a big group. I would go back but maybe order something else. The steak was a little too rare for me. I'm more of a medium type of... More

Went here for my husband's birthday, and had a marvelous meal. We both had the quail with mashed potatoes! Fabulous! We finished the meal with the berry cobbler, which was outstanding... Good wine list.. Definitely going back!

Stampede 66, right in the middle of Mckinney avenue is a decent restaurant. I think the service is top notch, the ribeye is brilliant and the chicken is really good. You can even try their frozen margaritas. What stands out is how the servers introduce the food to you - their passion for their work and the enthusiasm is amazing.... More

Went here last week with colleagues while in Dallas for a conference. We are from the Northeast and wanted a real Texas style restaurant, and Stampede 66 provided just that. Great southern style dishes- I had the chicken fried buffalo steak, so delicious and filling. The fried chicken looked like heaven on a plate. We also ordered the super fun... More

We were there for my sister's birthday. It was a good choice for the celebration, the décor was tasteful Western style. The food was excellent. The service was top-notch.
