I had the Cabo chicken sandwich (pictured) it was ok. The fries were kind of bland. My friends had chicken enchiladas and they were small and pricey. The Travis burger was decent. Not sure that I'd recommend this place for Mexican food. Restaurant was clean and cozy. Service was good.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a tour guide and it did not disappoint. The food is very fresh and not too heavy and the waiter makes the guacamole at your table. Good food and service.

Heads up to everyone who wants to come here for thier birthday, iron cactus doesn't allow birthday cakes. I guess they don't appreciate people's birthdays. Not gonna come back here to celebrate any events.

Ask for Augustine. A very good waiter, very friendly and helpful. He as a good sense of humor and was a pleasure to have helping us. The food here is quite good. Generous helpings of authentic Mexican with a gourmet flair. Great drinks, too.

We dine here each time we visit Dallas and we are always very happy with the food and service. The menu has a lot of choices with variations of texmex and some really good seafood options. Try the pescado del Mar and the paella. Best of all they have tres Leches cake on the dessert menu!

This place has too many drawbacks to mention - starting with very expensive valet service with no warning on the valet stand. Do not get seated upstairs (although I think it's better) because you will have to use the stairs or elevator to get back to your seat. They only have buffet and the drinks are expensive. Dallas has to... More

I met my husband downtown, as he was working late on a project. He works just blocks from the restaurant and has been there before for lunch. I ordered the pollo verde, and it was delicious. I also order the tres leches for dessert. It was delicious too. The chips and salsa appetizer was delicious as well. The service was... More

We had the great tortilla soup, full of vegetables, hot and very tasty. A great solution of you're trying to warm yourself up in cold weather. The other portions are also good (just not as outstanding as the soup). The complimentary table tortilla chips are fresh and tasty, with an excellent spicy red salsa dip. Service was also very friendly.

My daughter and I ate like queens at this restaurant! The tableside quacamole with a squeeze of orange was delicious. And salsa served warm...yes, please! The shrimp enchiladas were quite tasty (they could've had a few more shrimp in them...but really, I can't complain). My daughter enjoyed her chicken tacos. Oh, and the blood orange margarita was just the right... More

I ate dinner at the downtown location and was pleased with the steak fajita. It was served hot, the ingredients were fresh and tasty, and the service was good. It is not a cheap Mexican restaurant so expect to spend some money. But I felt it had good value.
