Food is Allright but not quite good. Service is poor. Do nor rely on prices on the menu as they charge you a different and higher price when they give you the bill. Do not rely on prices on the Web page as they are higher in the menu and when they give you the bill. Will not be going... More

If looking for a quick in and out this might not be the place. If looking to relax and unwind then don't miss Ruggeri's. Wednesday nights enjoy live music while you dine which starts around 6:30. My favorites are the chicken entrees (Parmesan and Christina) but the fish and pastas are delicious too. Nice salads to start and the wine... More

Small gathering to begin wedding weekend festivities. My first time and it is classic Italian cuisine and vino. Many great standard dishes and daily dishes. I Little something for everyone. Atmosphere was perfect. Piano lady keeps the mood romantic. Come and enjoy.

If you want to indulge in what I call quintessential southern Italian/American cuisine you can't get better food anywhere in Dallas. Tom has been at this for quite a while and knows only quality food will bring you back time and time again. Never a disappointment.

Our first time here. Lunch for my son on his birthday. Service was excellent from Manny (ie?). Extremely reasonable prices. Wanted to get the small filet mignon but no available for lunch; they need to correct that on their website. Appetizer, one salad, 3 main courses, iced tea for one and 2 desserts (birthday one was free): less than $70.00... More

Been going to Ruggeri's for 25 years. Outstanding food every time. My favorite is the shrimp stuffed with crab meat. All the veal dishes are fabulous and the lasagna is to die for. The owner, Tom Ruggeri, makes sure his customers are satisfied. My favorite Italian restaurant in Dallas.

I know I'm harsh and I'm picky when it comes to Italian food -- my 3 Star is likely at least a 4 Star for many others. But I like what I like and I make no apologies. Stopped in at Ruggeri's tonight and no real complaints. I had a very simple meal: Italian Chopped salad and Penne (I wanted... More

This is very charming old world Italian restaurant. The food is good, the service is excellent. I enjoyed the fried zucchini sticks and the piano player in the corner was a nice touch. The one item that really irritated me was the garlic bread. The bill came and every basket of garlic bread was $6.00. Ok, in Europe - they... More

Alhough Ruggeri's has been at this Preston location many years, it was our first dining experience. Charming little restaurant in the neighborhood with small bar. Very attentive, polite server. Our scallops & shrimp primavera and veal alla limone were tasty but over priced. More mature crowd, nice change from noisier places with kids. Live piano music Saturday evening.

We stumbled onto this pretentious over-priced Italian restaurant while looking for a former favorite neighborhood spot. The service was grand and the bread was warm and delicious with good butter. The piano music was annoying. The minestrone was watery, the Ceasar salad was bland, and the roasted peppers with sausage, tasteless. The linguini with clam sauce did have fresh sweet... More
