Great service and great food. We will be back! It was our first time. The wait staff was very helpful when we asked what is recommended. It was a lot of food!

Very authentic Korean food ... the “real-thing” ... NOT “Americanized”. Excellent seafood dishes. Seafood soups are outstanding. Not so scary neighborhood anymore as upper Harry Hines has “evolved”. Terrific sushi & sashimi ... get their large platters and split between 2-3 of you for a...meal. Still think that skipping the BBQ-tables is a good idea. Over the decades dining here, never a bad meal - but, many great ones. Plus, when I bring out-of-town visiting Korean friends - they to a person have highest regards for this place. Long since gone from Dallas, but always visit Korea House when in town. It’s a “sure bet”.More

This is a great place to experience traditional Korean food. It has become one of our go to restaurants when we are in Dallas. The service and food are consistently good. They are open until 11:00 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Both Korean...and Japanese specialties are offered and a full bar is also available. Korean main dishes (We love the Dol Sat Bimbim bop) are served with six vegetable side dishes. The spicy pickled cucumbers are excellent! I can recommend this restaurant and I will return again.More

We wanted to try some new food out . We got a dinner for 2 - enough for 3-4 . Lots side dishes to try. Some I liked and and some I didn't. My husband liked it a lot, he enjoyed the kimchee. All staff...were polite and helpful.More

Where to begin? If you are a dabbler in Korean food or a knowledgeable foodie of Korean cuisine or if you simply just like trying new foods, PLEASE try Korea House. Portions are large and meant to be shared, though I've had a few dishes...that were so good, I couldn't help but eat most of it myself. I have always been a fan of Bibim Bab in any form, Dolsat or otherwise. I have never been disappointed and the free "appetizers" or meal accompaniments are always tasty and generally include, fish cake, pickles, kimchi, bean sprouts, spicy potato and a few other things. Regular dishes we order: Spicy Bulgogi (rich spicy, sticky sauce) = thin sliced prime rib Bibim Naengmyun= meat, vegetables, boodles and a hot spicy sauce Pa Jun = gigantic pancake full of amazing savory flavors Duk Bokki= rice cake with bulgolgi Yes all of it is tasty, very flavorful and even surprising to me, things I never thought I would eat are very tasty that sometimes I just crave that unique flavor. the wait staff is nice but sometimes a bit sassy, which I think adds to the experience :) never rude though. They also have a full bar. I won't say this place is cheap, but for the portions you get and the amount of freebies you get well worth it.More

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The first thing someone in our group mentioned was the "high prices." Having cooked Korean food all of my life, I mentioned the long hours put into preparing...Korean meals. Our group ordered chicken bulgogi, beef bulgogi and ribs. Everything, including the banchan, was excellent. We were all happy and satisfied.More

While staying in the area, we decided to try Korea House. We loved the food and the service and could find nothing to complain about, a rare thing. Our service was fast and friendly with no language problems. Our group shared a number of entrees...family style and found them to be very flavorful and good sized portions. There were some condiments that we especially enjoyed, and without asking, more was brought to our table for us to enjoy. It's not cheap food, but you definitely get your money's worth.More

Great Korean food. Fun to watch native-Koreans eat here. Gusto is an understatement. Authentic and really great traditional Korean dishes. Scary neighborhood. While better today than 20 years ago ... But, advise going in the daytime. Skip the table-top BBQ. Their seafood dishes are a...genuine step-above. Surprisingly good sushi & sashimi - both fresh as can be.More
