I picked up my first online to go meal from Local Table in Cypress, TX. It’s in the CVS shopping strip across from CyRanch High School. Patio seating is available. There was a 30 minute prep time window, yet we picked up our order of...1 chicken wrap, 2 steak wraps, and spinach and artichoke dip 15 minutes early. All entrees included a wrap, iceberg lettuce wedge with diced tomatoes and two jalapeño ranch condiment containers. My family enjoyed every minute of our meal. I added kosher salt to the spinach dip for my palate. I will definitely return.More

Our second time to celebrate my day. I had the cucumber tini as my drink. I had the grilled chicken with curry type sauce and hubby had fajita salad. Great times as always!

Hub and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio and savoring our lunch. Literally in our neighborhood and it is always packed so this was our first time to try in since opening. We will be back for sure. The crab cakes, shrimp tacos, and...kebobs...and cocktails were great !More

The hummus appetizer was great. I had the kabob plate chichen and beef. The chicken was moist and had great spices. The beef was good. But the sides were fantastic. Loved the cucumber salad, the grilled tomato and the mixed veggies. My wife had the...baja vhicken wrap and wedge salad which were also great. Nicholas was our server. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Give this place a try.More

I frequent this establishment in Lakeland Village often with my family and friends. I have also recommended people to eat there as well. Today I ordered online for the first time. I went to pick it up and as I was waiting in line to...be helped a man asked if I needed help (I later found out that was the owner) and when I told him I was there for a pick up he went in search of it. He came back a couple of times for the name as apparently he could locate it. After a few minutes of waiting, the guy never came back over to let me know if he could find the order or not. A female employee eventually ended up helping me (and she located the order) and when I saw the guy again I did stop him and when I mentioned to him in an even tone that my order took longer than I expected given online gives a window of time to pick up, he told me in a very nasty tone “well you can see we are busy and walked off”. When I asked to speak to a manager (again, at that time I didn’t know it was the owner I was speaking to), I told the General Manager - Michael (who was very kind), what happened. As he was about to apologize the other man walked up, arms crossed and in a confrontational manner told me, “waiting is to be expected in a time like this is going to happen and to voice your issue about ten minutes, I could care less about.” I told him that based on that comment and his treatment I will never come back and would pass on the food. The over told me “great” and walked off. When I asked the GM who that guy was, he told me that was an owner. Even the GM, who did try to make apologies for the owner’s behavior, was very appalled by how I was treated. The GM said the owner isn’t usually there and was overwhelmed due to how slammed they were as a result of today’s environment. I told the GM I was under pressure at work as well due to what is going on in the world as I work for one of the largest financial institutions and I have barely slept, and I still wasn’t rude. The GM was truly understanding and very apologetic but you could tell even he was taken aback. Here it is, if you can’t handle high demand and you want to stay open in a time like this, treat your patrons with respect. A simple “my apologies for the wait” would have sufficed.More

The margarita is awesome. Food was different story. My wife has food allergies and we asked for a grilled chicken breast with no marinade. Server asked manager who said no can do. What restaurant does not have an 8 oz chicken breast thawed out that...you can throw on the grill?More

I didn't give 5 stars ONLY because they don't serve brunch/breakfast 7 days a week. Only on the weekend. We went in on a week day and were craving their brunch menu only to be given a lunch menu. Not what we were wanting so...we left and went elsewhere.More

Dining at the Local Table is like visiting the local farms, bakeries and meat suppliers in the area to get the best of the best in foods. Everything on the menu is locally sourced. The menu has good variety and some unusual dishes. I tried...the ahi tuna and chips which were excellent and beautifully displayed. You owe it to yourself to try this restaurant. The servers were friendly, professional and efficient. Food was served quickly. There is also a bar.More

First online order....what happened? I ordered the Shish-kabobs via the new online ordering, delivered by door dash. I just have to say yuk. The beef smelled like fish, was tough, and just gross. I couldn’t even try the chicken. The rice was undercooked, the peas...in the rice were gummy and gross. I just had to throw it out. In store Dining has been great. The delivery....nope, nope, nope. Gross, no way yuk.More

Not sure how locally sourced their ingredients are but the menu is full of vegetables and vegetarian friendly while still including meat and chicken dishes. The salmon was great as was the vege burger. Also has a full bar.
