I have been to several Chinese restaurants including this one in the DFW area and so far this has been the best one. Food is awesome and service is great. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here.

I was staying overnight in Dallas and didn't want to leave the hotel so called for a take out. We ordered 3 items and we were told $36 which is about right but when the delivery arrived we only had two items but the same...price. I telephoned but spoke to a very rude girl who wasn't interested in doing anything and said that was the cost for 2 items. We had a fried rice which was OK and a Shezhuan Beef which was a disgrace. Very little beef and cut that small it was unrecognisable. It should be called Shezhuan carrot. A total rip off!More

Poor customers service. Need to improve on customers service and hospitality. From the moment you walk in the receptionist make you fell uncomfortable. She makes us feel that we are a burden. Service with a smile don't exist at this restaurant. The waitress attitude was...poor. We pay for our meal and leave. There are nice Asian restaurants in Coppell with fine service ,but we don't recommend you visit here.More
