This is simple Americanized Korean Food. I enjoyed it both as take out and pre-Corona dining. Folks that run the resturant are great and went out of thier way to make sure everything was GTG. Thanks

There is much to like here. Good to very good flavors. Clean! Fast service. But one problem suggests the kitchen could use a bit more attention to detail. I stopped in for lunch for my first visit and ordered a small spicy calimari bowl. I...chose the calimari to save calories but also as it would be a good test of their kitchen. Overall the ingredients were fresh and flavors were good to very good except for two pieces of calimari (out of 30 or so) that were distinctly past prime - not to the point of concern, but not as appealing as they should be. My downgrade to average reflects the marginal cslimari. Otherwise a very good experience. I will try them again.More
We ordered the Korean Fried Chicken lg combo and Beef Bulgogi lg combo through grubhub, but haven't been to the restaurant itself. It was a lot of food, we both had enough leftovers for another meal. The sauce and breading on the Korean Fried Chicken...chicken were really delicious, but the meat was stringy. There was a chunk of scrambled eggs that came with our combos that was good too. Hubby liked his beef. We ordered a side of kimchee, but our combo came with a tiny bit (maybe 2 tablespoons). The noodles that were also part of the combo were very good, but the rice tasted bland. The combo also comes with a mini green salad that was ok - I think it got too hot in the take out packaging, so it might work better at the restaurant instead of delivery. Hubby also liked his dumplings, but I was too full to try them..More
By Chance saw the name while driving by a Strip mall which at first wouldn't had been my first choice to stop when surrounded by more flasher food places. We have been to Korea numerous times as duty station so it one of my Favs....At first it seems small but nothing like cramped Seoul reminders. Very pleasant décor and delightful service, Menu is very easy to read so no confusing names you might not remember later. Decided to get to go and everything came very fast with hardly no waiting even with small staff. We ordered the basics of thing Dumplings, wings, Bulgogi. The food was amazing and totally caught us off guard as even much better than most places in The Fort Hood area where Korea is a staples of lunch orders. The Wings with Spicy Garlic were so good it brought a reminder of the Street Stalls I would stop at and Highly recommend anyone to try. This is one place we will return again without question.More
I've had bibimbap before and they were spicy hot -- not my favorite Korean dish. Thinking that I'd eat healthily, I ordered Gangnam Zip's beef bibimbap (Mixed Rice) without egg. First, it was a pleasure to look at; all ingredients were arranged appealingly in a...beautiful ceramic bowl. They serve their gochujang on the side. Thinking that the gochujang would just be spicy hot, I ate the bibimbap without it. The beef was so tasty! It had enough flavor for the vegetables rimming the bowl. When the cashier/server brought my hot citron tea, she encouraged me to add the gochujang. About halfway through my meal, I added a little gochujang. WOW! Talk about umami! The BEST GOCHUJANG I've ever had. I added more, and it sent the already delicious bibimbap over the top. And the hot citron tea was a sweet tea with real citrus slices. So, so good!More
Visiting family on vacation and they took us here for dinner. Small place but outstanding food! You won't leave hungry. Fresh taste, fast service, and Miss Grace is a wonderful host
Been here with my honey 3-4 times now and realized I hadn't written a review. Not a fancy place. Strip mall comfortable. The big boxes are enjoyable. 5 different foods plus kimchi and soup. Also good and fresh. Plus smiley people. 😊
If you are looking for something different in Cedar Park/Leander, I highly recommend Gangnam Zip. They have great food and are very friendly. You order at the counter. They have a great menu and are very helpful in assisting you to understand the various options....I like their Cupbob portion which is rice, noodles & choice of meat (Spicy Port is great). They have two other options: the Dupbob (rice, choice of meat, a small salad (great dressing!) and choice of soup (try the Radish Beef!)) and the Zipbob (rice, choice of: meat, three sides & soup). All of the food is very tasty.More
We had heard about this restaurant, but hasn't been there yet, then decided to go give it a try. Wow...it really is tasty. It's a great unassuming meal that is reasonably priced. Ingredients are fresh & the owner is always smiling. Casual dining in a...nice, clean place. Go for the food....nice portions, great pricing, casual. Oh...good smoothies, too. Support a local restaurant.More
We (my wife and I) were looking for something different. We had seen Gangham Zip from driving past it and decided to try it. We are fairly unfamiliar with Korean foods. The counter clerk was very friendly and helped us understand the options and tastes....I went with a chicken teriyaki - which was good. The kimchi was a little strong to our tastes (good - but not a familiar taste to us).More
