Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you felt the need to leave such a review following your visit. The circumstances behind this 'incident' were down to an inexperienced, 16 year old waitress who made an error of communication to you and...More

We stayed in one of the Pods and so had breakfast and dinner here. We weren’t disappointed by any meal we had. Great quality food and good service. Wished it was this good when I did the Coast to Coast.

The woman who appears to run the cafe part is as miserable and unwelcoming as anyone could be. She seriously needs to put a smile on her face and treat paying customers with a bit more courtesy. That said, the young waiters & waitresses are...More

We stopped off at Lordstones Cafe while walking the Cleveland Way. There are very few places to buy food on this walk so I had researched thoroughly and the Lordstones website said the cafe was open until 5pm and welcomed walkers from the long distance...More
