It's a pizza cooked in a superhot oven. it's thin under the toppings. The edges are light crispy outside but soft and flavorful inside. Toppings are great. Not a lot of choices for beer and wine, but respectable and local brews.
The type of pizza dough you get here can get crunchy on the outside but very delicate and soft. The very hot oven means that it very rarely gets tough. You wont find thick crust or chicago crust... but only this delicious cane rosso crust....More
