    Pretty darn good

    Drove through Canyon late looking for a place to grab a bite. Stopped in and ordered brisket plates. Probably not the best bbq we had ever eaten, but it was tender and tasty. Side dishes of beans, potato salad and cole slaw were very good...More

    Dang good BBQ!

    If you're in canyon and craving BBQ this is the place to go! Decent prices and delicious food! One of my favorite places in canyon.

    This has long been one of my favorite places until a recent takeout order. Chopped beef sandwich was fine. But they seem to have forgotten about the sausage plate. Not sure if they have cut back or just reduced the amount of meat they serve....More

    Best BBQ sauce in Texas.

    This is one of the best lunch places we have been to. The BBQ. sauce is amazing. It is a must try. I love the 3 meat sandwich.

    Great BBQ

    One of the best BBQ restaurants in Canyon! Great chopped beef sandwiches. The sausage is good too! Has changed in years and it is as good now as it was years ago!!

    Classic goodness

    I enjoyed my experience at Fat Boy's, which was recommended to me by multiple people. Had a solid three-meat meal with the sides. Slaw and potato salad were tasty, not generic by any means. Would return.

    A Canyon Classic

    I went to West Texas A&M and I don't miss a chance to stop at Fatboys every time I visit the campus. Brisket sandwich and chips... good, cheap lunch.
