The Stumblin’ Goat Saloon was established in 2012 by Milton and Julie Cooke. The Goat specializes in hand made burgers, Sicilian style brick oven pizza, hand breaded chicken tenders and wings. The Goat offers live Texas and Red Dirt music nearly every weekend. Originally built in 1937 as a Pontiac car dealership the building now houses meeting and party space rental decorated in an antique automobile motif as well as a large dining area and outdoor patio with the areas largest water fall. The interior of the main dining area is built to showcase actual businesses that existed in Canadian in the early 1900’s. Stop by and see us whenever you are traveling thru the Texas panhandle.

For being a saloon, the kids loved it and it was a friendly environment for lunch. Goat cheese sliders were great and this is probably the best Salad bar east of Amarillo. Get the twisted taters loaded. Fun spot.

We went to have a drink before going to dinner. It was well decorated with a goat as a beer opener.
The staff was nice and the prices were a little high.
