About
The Stumblin’ Goat Saloon was established in 2012 by Milton and Julie Cooke. The Goat specializes in hand made burgers, Sicilian style brick oven pizza, hand breaded chicken tenders and wings. The Goat offers live Texas and Red Dirt music nearly every weekend. Originally built in 1937 as a Pontiac car dealership the building now houses meeting and party space rental decorated in an antique automobile motif as well as a large dining area and outdoor patio with the areas largest water fall. The interior of the main dining area is built to showcase actual businesses that existed in Canadian in the early 1900’s. Stop by and see us whenever you are traveling thru the Texas panhandle.

Not a huge menu - sandwiches, pizza, a few other things. My wife and I split lunch of a basic burger and the bacon cheddar potatoes (see the photo - homemade potato chips sprinkled with cheese and bacon). A decent burger, but nothing all that...More

For being a saloon, the kids loved it and it was a friendly environment for lunch. Goat cheese sliders were great and this is probably the best Salad bar east of Amarillo. Get the twisted taters loaded. Fun spot.

My husband and I had so much fun during the day admiring God’s nature in Canadian, that when hunger hit us we decided to check out this restaurant. Needless to say we had so much fun and their Halloween contest was hilarious! My brand new...More

We went to have a drink before going to dinner. It was well decorated with a goat as a beer opener. The staff was nice and the prices were a little high. We will be going back when we are in town again. Be sure...More

Very cool local bar. Ice cold beers and very reasonable drink prices. Staff was very friendly and attentive and there's a great outside area out back.

Love this place. Food is great. Entertainment is always good. They have some of the best country music bands in for live performances

Goat cheese sliders were delicious. Potato chips fresh made. Service very good. Very rustic, do not expect a chain restaurant. But you can expect delicious bar food.

Hubby and I both ordered burgers and they were great! The only reason I gave it 4 out if 5 stars was service. We had fine service, but there was only 1 waitress. Bless her, she was working her buns off, but there needed to...More

We were passing through Canadian on the way to Kansas. The billboard and fun name caught our attention. Normally we don't stop to eat at sit down restaurants on road trips, but I'm glad we did this time! I had a goat cheese pizza, my...More

Overall the whole visit was just ok. The facility wasn’t anything spectacular although I felt with a name like “Stumblin Goat Saloon” it would be full of unique decor. The food was your typical bar food but very expensive. My husband ordered a pizza that...More
