I love this place! Fine food in the small town. Everything is homemade! They only serve lunch and just a few tables, get there early!

Intimate seating, eclectic and fresh. The perfect place to meet for a lunch date in Brownwood. Steves food is always tasty and fresh.

Our sandwiches were good and the soup was excellent. The frozen cappuccino was like a milk shake. Yummy. The prices are a little high. FYI they ONLY take cash or checks.

Wonderful homemade soups and sandwiches. The atmosphere and food is eclectic. The only draw back is you must get there fairly early for lunch because they are always full with their limited seating.

Many a lunch was coveted at the delicious Steves'. A place so good they can decide their own limited hours. Delicious sandwiches, even better queso dip... I dream about Steves' lunch.

Thank you Trip Advisor for this great find in Brownwood! We loved the eclectic decor and fabulous food. It's so unexpected in a town center that has very little happening around it. We had the BLTA, Tuna Melt and The Spurlock. Every sandwich was amazing! With the tastiest bacon and guacamole ever! If you are in the area stop by... More

I have been by Steve's many times with people waiting outside. I didn't notice the sign in on the door and popped in to ask. They were so accommodating and sat me down. I am a fan of soup and salad. The soup was homemade and so flavorful. I wanted to bathe in it. Perfect temp with fresh warm bread.... More
