This is my favorite place for breakfast. They have the best pancakes ever. The apple pancakes are my favorite! They also have an assortment of different omelets and tasty, homemade kolaches. Great inside or outside dining with a view of the park, creek, and of course, the ducks!

This is a neat little place with a cool patio. The breakfast was normal fare with a few twists on omelets. We didn't try the pastries. The pancakes were awesome. Great coffee and cool vibe.

This is is a great place to dine. The service was excellent as was the food. Make sure you have plenty of time. They make everything from scratch and it's not a quick lunch. The wait is worth it.

Amazing good in general. My husband had the sausage plate, my son had a pork chop, that was a special that night and I had a beef dish. All we are amazing. Easily accomadated my son being gluten free and had a delicious desert of meringue and custard.

We went to this restaurant excited to eat some outstanding German Weiner Schnitzel...much to our dismay when our dinner arrived it was dry, overcooked and had no recognizable semblance of what we thought we had ordered. On top of that, we had invited friends and enthusiastically raved about the forthcoming evening. The only redeeming quality was the beer and wine... More

I have had breakfast here during the week and on the weekend. It is a lovely spot right across from the river. The food is always good as is the service. The setting is a lovely place a step above chain restaurants and the food is surely several notches above that! If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere with... More

My wife and I visited this highly rated restaurant while we were in Boerne. It's a cute little, small restaurant that also had outdoor seating. Service was slow this evening because someone had called in sick, but that didn't bother us because we weren't in any hurry. Besides ... our waiter was really excellent. My wife ordered the Rueben sandwich... More

Took my husband for lunch as we had a couple of hrs to spare! We were promptly seated outside on the patio as it was a beautiful day! It took our waitress about 10 mns to come out to us, but we were ok with it! She apologized for the delay and quickly proceeded on offering us drinks. She recommended... More

Love their food! Great to have something other than Mexican food available in Boerne! I love Mexican food but this IS a German town and although little Gretle is Czech it's at least close! Haven't had a bad meal there yet!
