Excellent food and atmosphere for a small town ! The house wine is actually awesome. But they are known for the local hill country wines and local brewery's.

The quiche was good buy the soup was a little disappointing. It is more cafeteria style than I like but the service was good.

My husband had the Reuben Sandwich and said it was good. I had the Western Dip and it was fair at best. We finished off with a giant homemade macaroon that was delicious. The staff was friendly and it is a nice place to visit if you are passing through.

I was meeting a friend for lunch and we decided to meet at Redbud Cafe. Once inside it has a kind of cafeteria atmosphere. You order your food at the counter and get your drinks. Then they give you a number and you find a seat. Just like a cafeteria, it is loud with all the people talking. Now add... More

Stopped by after swimming at Blanco State Park. The burger was better than outstanding. Ranks with best I ever had. Very juicy (cooked medium) on a great bun. The wall has a group of signs on which is shown monthly rainfall since 1900. I spent a lot of time looking at them. While there are numerous months with 0.00 rain,... More

I love the lemonade here. They have good burgers, sandwiches and salads. The baked goods are very good. It is very loud and crowded on weekends. They have live music.

We were a little leery looking at the line and the volume of the diners...but it was delicious. I think we will take it to-go next time and enjoy a picnic on the courthouse lawn. I'm not a fan of having to yell over others to have a conversation...but that's just me. Good food and speedy checkout, but be prepared... More

Stopped in today- the wait was 40 minutes to get our food but it was absolutely worth it. I got chicken salad sandwich with lentil and sausage soup. Hubby got roast beef dip sandwich. Everything was great! Highly recommend the lavender lemonade :)

While having a college friend reunion in the Hill Country, we decided to stay in Blanco and this was the place we decided to have our Friday Night Dinner, we are very glad we did. We made a reservation for the 12 of us, they had the table ready and away we went. We ordered our drinks separately, there is... More
