We visited the Dead Fish Grill again during another visit to Live Oak Ridge Park. We enjoyed our meal. I had the pasta primavera with blackened chicken, while my wife had the blackened snapper. Both were recommended by our waitress, Haylee. Good recommendations! The presentation of the food was also good. I also enjoyed the raspberry Cosmo.

Thought we would give it another try. This place could really be a destination if the food was special. You don't put Parmesan cheese on shrimp and grits. This place could be a romantic place to be. But it only has the view. I know this is a fish restaurant I didn't know steak was served that is horizontal grain... More

The food is OK. Usually the service is good, but this trip was an indication of how they really feel about their customers. I will never eat there again. This restaurant has lovely views of the lake. But what is the point of a nice view if a customer is not treated well? My friend and I regularly eat lunch... More

We have eaten here a few times. Go mainly for view and drinks with appetizers. Ordered seafood platter to split and tombulwead (thin fried onion rings) appetizer. Rings were very good and seafood was okay. Overall I think the main dishes have improved. Had salmon salad last time we were here and it was good.

Food was nice and the view is beautiful. The seating area has been upgraded so you have a/c and get the most of the view. Staff was very friendly and service was fast.

The view of Lake Belton is all you get. Service is terrible. The food is awful. Most times they are "out of" the majority of entrees offered on the menu. On more than three attempts the wait staff was disconnected, inattentive and slow. We really wanted this place to be special and each time (over a dozen visits) it's worse.... More

Great view. Good food. I had mahi tacos. Good flavor, a lot of fish, but the taco shells fell into pieces as soon as I picked the first one up. My husband enjoyed his fried catfish plate and gumbo soup. Waitress a bit slow (talking to other staff, waited 10 minutes before she finally noticed we were waiting even though... More

My daughter wanted to take us to this restaurant because she had had such good experience there. However, on this particular Saturday afternoon, about 1PM, we did not. Our waitress, Taylor, was inattentive and forgot to bring us extra plates for a shared appetizer. Then another wait. We finished our drinks and no waitress. Finally we ordered and when our... More

normally I enjoy this place, but last 2 visits have been bad. Disabled parking??? it's further than normal parking and the motorcycle parking gets front row priority??? makes absolutely no sense. and the disabled parking has no room to actually get out with a wheelchair, cane or walker?? should be room for this. Flys, flys, flys were bad. at one... More
