What a great place to go to to have a lovely lunch or elegant dinner. The food is always outstanding and the chef classically trained in the art of gastronomy. If you will not be disappointed

Delicious food, fun atmosphere, and relaxed environment. My spouse and I had dinner here with my grandmother and aunt, per their recommendation. I am so glad they brought us here. Great fine dining in little Tullahoma.

We enjoy this restaurant for the seafood and seasonal menu. The service is pleasant and relaxed. The cocktails are well done. The Friday lunch buffet is a local favorite.

We had heard of this restaurant as an oasis of fine dinning in the area, and while visiting Shelbyville, made the drive over for dinner. And it is well worth the drive! A fantastic and creative cocktail list, and a menu that concentrates on quality...food and flavors, and very attentive service. It was surprisingly busy for a weeknight, but we were immediately seated (reservations recommended). And for such great food and atmosphere, the price / value is 5 starts plus!More

Excellent service. They set a table up for us when I called to get in for dinner at the opening of dinner service. The food is decent. Not the creamy tomato soup though. It tasted like and had the consistency of pasta sauce. My husband...liked his salad with apple chips and walnuts. We ordered southern fried chicken. The waiter asked if we wanted a half or a whole. We said half. Not really understanding what he meant. Apparently half meant half of a very small chicken breast.Basically a tender. The chicken tender was alright(definitely underseasoned) the potatoes and green beans were fine. We travel and eat out frequently. We also cook at home and entertain often. We know good food and we know average food. This is the latter. We have been there before. My husband liked the salmon. I didn't care for the crab cake.More

My husband and I were visiting friends in Lynchburg and to catch up with other friends we dined at Emil's. This was our first visit. It certainly won't be our last. The food was incredible. We tried fried green tomatoes for the first time. What...an amazing dish.More

We were one of the first guests when they opened many years ago. The scene In Tullahoma has improved a bit, but nothing can compare with Emil’s. Georges always presents a small menu with interesting and very tasty dishes (the tomato soup is just one...of them). The ambience, a good wine list and friendly staff make this a great place for a quick lunch or a more elaborate dinnerMore

Get the fish special. Impeccably cooked. Sides are fantastic. Fried spinach is delectable. Best fried okra in the south. Never had a bad meal here. Delicious!! And romantic! Cool renovated old Tullahoma home. Not to miss!

Tullahoma’s finest dining!! No question! French trained French chef, service is above and beyond; professional personal service without being stuffy! And the food is AMAZING!! The fried green tomatoes are perfection: crispy on the outside, bursting with tender, tangy green tomato flavor inside, prime rib...is melt in your mouth delicious! If you’ve never eaten fried okra, this is the place!! Emil’s is Tullahoma’s swankiest eateryMore

I wish I could give you a definite answer, but I ate there only during dinner hours and I did not have a reservation. It would be wise to call the restaurant as they do have odd hours. Make sure you ask if they are even... More
