The employees are rude and not helpful. They want u to hurry up with no help. The bathroom lines are too long.

Apple Valley is a small shopping location on Rt 321 in Townsend, TN. Several small shops and a small eatery. The food is always well prepared and served quickly. The fried apple pies are delicious, especially with some ice cream and caramel. Pricing is on par for the area. It's worth a stop if you are in the area.

Loved our food at lunchtime. Apple fritters are great! Very clean and well staffed for efficient service. The chicken salad on croissant with their homemade chips are highly recommended. We even treated ourselves to a cream soda.

The burgers we got were like what we had for lunch in highschool. The meat was blah and the price was way to high. Pretty sure they are taking advantage of the tourists to make a quick buck ... They really need to improve the food quality or they won't last long.

My husband and I stopped there on the way to pigeon forge. I see some bad reviews but we both had the grilled ham and pimento cheese and it was awesome! The bread was good and the chow chow was excellent! The pimento cheese was some of the best I've ever had! We will stop again next time! Be sure... More

You would have to be desperate to eat here. People fine, grab and go stuff good, but that's it. Hours were helpful for early morning hikes to pick up snacks.

After recovering from the shock of Miss Lily's Cafe closing in the last year (catering business still open) we headed down the road to this venue. Don't be fooled by the sweet smell of smoked meats - it's not a BBQ joint. It's more like a deli. You get in line, order what you want and the food is delivered... More

My husband got the rib basket. It was lukewarm and overcooked. I got the turkey wrap which was OK but very plain. No condiment, no cheese. Both meals lacked flavor (seasoning) which is very typical of Townsend restaurants in general. No one is cooking from scratch with quality and creativity. My husband was livid that they charged him $2.50 for... More

There was plastic in my chicken salad which was so dry and lacked flavor. The tea was terrible because of a mix issue. Overall the location was nice and the people were nice but the food was awful.
