Very good selection of bbq menu items. My experience has always been positive and find food quality to be very good.

The pulled pork and chicken were good but the brisket had too much fat and was dry. They have a good choice of sides and great desserts. Prices are reasonable and the service was good.
The brisket is not smoked! True brisket that has been smoked is not a light grayish-brown color throughout. In fact, the meat at Parton's tasted like it sat in a liquid smoke and roasted in an oven. For delicious truly smoked brisket I recommend Tony Gores or Boss Hogs or anywhere other than this sad roadside cafe. Brisket should be... More
I had heard good things about this establishment before trying it for the first time last night. So much so that I am hoping what happened last night was a fluke and that the food isn't normally this bad. My mother and I each ordered a two meat combo. We each had brisket. She also got ribs and I got... More
We have eaten here several times, usually when we had visitors in town. The food is always great and the prices are reasonable, but seem higher than last year. The service is not the best, but you eventually get what you need.
We had a group on for this place while visiting the Pigeon Forge area. We got the family meal that was suppose to fill 4 to 6 since all 4 of us are adults There was probably enough food for 8. They gave a full rack of ribs , Whole chicken , shredded pork , and one other meat, with... More
Gave this place a second chance after they catered for my NG armory. I wasn't disappointed in the catered food or dining in the second time. Maybe the first time I went it was just an off day because it was pretty good the other two times.
The food's still good but not nearly as enticing as it was when they first opened. Used to go weekly. Now rarely go once in 6 months. Think they've shot themselves in the foot (pig's foot)
The only problem I have when I visit Parton's, is whether to order the "pulled pork nachos" or the "pulled pork dinner". Oh & if I should have dessert...? The meat is always juicy & tender. And I'm not sure what they put in the baked beans, but WOW! Great service, great value!
There wasn't anything bad about my experience but there wasn't anything that great either. Good standard BBQ but nothing that blows you away. Had the brisket and chicken sampler. Chicken had nice smoke taste to it, it was pulled so that took away some of the moisture but not to the point where you had to drench it in sauce.... More
