Nice atmosphere, dimmer lighting. Located in Tanger Outlets. Can be quite busy. 2 sided fireplace seating when on, separate bar/dining area.

This place was highly rated for their food. The place was 3/4 empty, and seated immediately. After a 30 minute wait for anyone to acknowledge that we were there, we saw an elderly man (okay our age)who was here before us place a very simple...to go order. The server slammed the menu down and stormed off. 45 minutes of watching her ignore her customers and the manager not doing anything? Holly cow! We must be taping Bar Rescue! 1 hour of our wasted retirement time! Ugh! After an hour, we walked out with many others at the bar and restaurant 😳More
The food was good and the service was great. Every dish looked and tasted great in our party but my father-in-law complained about his prime rib- but he does that sometimes. The sirloin, chops and grilled chicken parm were delicious- highly recommend. Salads and broccoli...were nice and fresh. Our waiter was kind and attentive. The manager was excellent! It’s a nice stop for a great meal. Not important or concerning to us but of note the grill is open and visible which we loved but the party next to us complained about the grill smell- we enjoyed it.More
My pork chop was burnt and I couldn’t eat half of it but the mashed potatoes were good. Service was slow and they were telling people an hour wait but there was empty tables around us everywhere that just needed to be wiped off but...they stayed dirty the entire time we were there. We weren’t even brought silverware, had to ask for before we could eat our salads. All in all it cost us 70 bucks with tip and we had a way better meal and service at the local goat for 50. We won’t be back any time soon but others we know really like this restaurant. It’s worth going once at leastMore
Amazing place to eat! Everything was so good, from the mixed drinks to the steaks! Atmosphere was outstanding also! We will be back!
Great food! Well cooked! Fast! Great waitress, Tafi! Took care of our 11 person family wonderfully and efficiently! Little waiting! The manager helped us out when everyone else was booked in town.
My daughter and I have been going here for so many years and have loved it. So we keep going back!! We were there a few months ago and had the prime rib. It was only 1/2” thick! They use to be almost an inch...thick so I was very disappointed. This time the same, very thin piece of meat. It had a good flavor though. My primary complaint is that our steak and potato was brought out while we were still eating our salad! We hadn’t had the salad but a few minutes. Anyway by the time we got to our meat it was cold. Don’t know if this was the servers fault or we should have asked to hold the main course until we were ready for it? I do hope they get this straightened out! It’s a wonderful dinner place and they now take reservations!More
To start off, we got the nicest, most efficient waitress. Amanda made sure to check back frequently and made sure we were all good. Then we got to the appetizers. The deviled eggs were graciously presented, but tasted like a family meal. The mozzarella wedges...were the prefect blend of crisp outers and gooey inners. The soup of the day was chicken mushroom and was absolutely fantastic. It was so creamy and had the perfect amount of flavor. Next came the entrées. Each of us got a type of steak. The cowboy special (ribeye) was delicious. Cooked to just the right temperature and had stunning flavor. Not to mention the presentation. The prime fillets were also perfectly cooked and had great flavor. Overall, the whole experience was one we will never forget and can’t wait to go back!More
This was the best meal in town. The drinks were perfect. We shared the large prime rib along with salad and potato. The wait was not long.
We enjoyed a nice dinner with Tim as our server. The food was delicious and good portions; price was a little high. The corn creme brûlée was something different to try. Overall quality and value are good. Plenty of parking with being at the outlets.
Our server, Tina, was excellent ! She was so friendly and attentive. This was the second time that she was our server. Baked scrod was delicious! We drove from Knoxville (which has a Chop House 9 miles from our house) just to come to this...location. Food is better and service is better!More
Chophouse Porkchop was the best porkchop we have ever eaten in our 60 yrs! The seafood pasta was also excellent. Really appreciated the small plate options. Service was great as well. Will definitely go back!!!
This was right across from the Five Oaks Lodge and a wonderful place to eat for dinner. The dinner time was very busy and definitely recommend reservations. The inside was very nice. We had a booth and our waitress was exceptional. Even as busy as...they were the waitress made sure each of her tables were constantly waited on. We had heard the steaks were exceptional and they were. We were given homemade bread and butter right away. We ordered ribeye steaks, mine med and my husband's rare. They were done just right and very flavorful and tender. I had a sweet potato , my husband a salad. The price was around $30 each with total bill $67. Yes, worth it for special occasion for us. We never get desserts. We will go back.More
Wrong cut of meat. Didn’t bring the side I ordered. The rest of the party was finished before the waitress came by to ask how it was. Very disappointed
After many excellent visits to the Pigeon Forge Chop House, Monday night’s was a huge disappointment. Two of us ordered the prime filet. It was definitely not prime. Not the tender, juicy texture of real prime beef. The meat was poorly trimmed leaving half overcooked....My wife’s regular filet was so overcooked that it needed to be returned. By the time a new one came out it was over 20 minutes. The fourth filet was properly cooked. At least they got one right. I strongly recommend that you do not order any of the prime cuts of beef. It is not prime. Our meal experience was highly disappointing. However, the service was good and our waitress was very attentive and friendly.More
