Sometimes there's nothing better than relaxing to catch up and chow down with the people you love. At Elvira's Cafe, that's just the type of feeling we've been providing since we first opened our doors in 2012. Our cafe's menu is just about as fresh as it gets, featuring dishes made with premium, organic ingredients sourced directly from local farms. What that amounts to is lovingly prepared, home-cooked food that can be made any way you like it, regardless of dietary restrictions. Next time you're in the neighborhood, pay us a visit to enjoy a little southern hospitality and a whole lot of flavor!

My husband and I stopped because there were many cars parked at the restaurant with local tags. It didn’t disappoint. Food was delicious, and everyone was super friendly. We will be eating there again!

Paved parking was limited. Restaurant is small but we were seated quickly. Service was slow at our table but I did notice other servers seemed to be excellent. The sweet potatoes and baked potatoes were excellent. The hand breaded chicken strips were very good.

We always try to stop by when visiting the Smokies, usually for breakfast. We tried dinner for the first time and it was just ok. Roast beef was good but not the best. Catfish wasn’t anything to write home about and the stuffed portobello mushroom...More

Food was good, but a little pricey. Not alot on the Sunday menu. Very crowded & people next door were having cars towed that were parked in front of their house.

I think most of the rentals are pet friendly. If you call or email the owner, he is very quick in replying back.
