We haven't been to a Johnny Carino's in years. We used to go regularly to one that has now closed. After eating there we remember why we loved it so much. Great food and great service.

Recommend by our hotel staff....The atmosphere is a pleasant Italian themed color palate...mix of muted golds, browns, and earthy reds...nicely done. The menu had all the usually Italian suspects, pastas, pizzas, breads (yum) and meats. Our family of four easily found something to their liking....More
Service was a little slow, but we had plenty of time, so it was ok. The food was good, but not really special. With so many places to eat in Pigeon Forge, we probably won't return.
