We stopped here for lunch as we come here every visit to TN. We both ordered burgers which did not meet expectations. The service was lacking and we were sat in between a family who for whatever reason would not stay seated. Just a bad...experience all the way around. Will still visit just not at lunchtime and not for a burger.More

Long Wait. Good Food. We had to wait and hour and a half to be seated. We did find a bench inside to sit on...it wasn’t so bad. The weekend we chose to go was a busy weekend for PF anyway. Once seated, our waitress...came. Her personality wasn’t the best. She didn’t have the southern hospitality attitude. Perhaps, she was super tired. They were very busy. Food: The Hawaiian steak was very good according to my husband. I got the shrimp fettuccine and it was so good. My husband tasted it and liked it. I actually wish I had some rn. I had cheesecake afterwards and it was delish!More

One of the most out-right, complete racist restaurants we’ve had ever visited. My friend put her name on the waitlist on a busy evening. After an hour and a half wait we received the text that our table was coming up so we waited next...to the hostess booth and right under the intercom. Another 40 minutes passed so my friend went to find out what was going on. The hostess claims that she called her name over the intercom several times and that they decided to move on even though we were standing right next to them the whole time (mind you we were the only African American group waiting so it would have been easy to figure which group the name belonged to). My friend completely called the hostess out and told her because that because she couldn’t pronounce the name she decided to just pass it over. Of course with an attitude the hostess sat us down at a table. We did get the rudest server ever! We noticed how nice she was to the other tables and was happy to see her but her attitude completely change once she got to our table. We were at a high table and inquired about getting the smaller table that we saw was just cleared and we were told that we would have to go back into the waitlist in order to get that particular table. Of course we declined. The waitress was then reluctant to explain some items on the menu that we had questions about and acted like we were taking up her time. My friend decided to just order dessert since we seem to be bothering her but we did ask for plastic silverware (for Covid reasons) along with making sure her dessert came out with everyone’s dinner. Nope, she brought the dessert out way early along with no silverware at all. The strawberry shortcake was huge and it looked great, however the server provided what seemed to be not even a scoop of ice cream. My friend politely asked for another scoop and along with the plastic ware again. The waitress told us that we she would have to pay for the extra scoop but before my friend could answer the waitress just walked away. My friend decided that that was enough and that she no longer wanted the dish or to deal with her. While my friend went searching for the manager, this rude waitress came over to me and bragged that we are welcome to explain to the manager how rude she was as if she knew we were wasting our time saying anything. She then walked away from us and ignored us until we got up and left. Never tasted the food or drinks! The staff bluntly disregard of service to people who didn’t look like them was definitely obvious and completely repulsive.More

We went here 3 times on our stay, not even joking. Their food is amazing and so is the hospitality! One of our waiters was named Israel and he was so nice. We cannot wait to go back and eat here again! One of the...reasons we look forward to visiting Pigeon Forge. Also, get the spinach dip. It is like a piece of heaven! My husband don’t care for spinach dip, but he couldn’t wait to go back and eat it again!More

We had fast and friendly service along with really good food. However, they still need to implement Covid-19 precautions. As we entered, the Hostess was wearing a mask but sat us in between two tables that were occupied. Everyone seemed to be sitting in one...row with no social distancing. Our waiter, Rodney was wearing his mask and was very helpful in our food selection. The portions are really good. We noticed the waiter serving the table behind us was not wearing a mask. He hanged around alot making new friends with the occupants. We also noticed several other employee's not wearing a mask. In addition, many customers entering or leaving were not wearing a mask.More

Much like the area, this restaurant is a Hotspot! Free Covid for all! With 6 employees out with positive cases, the Rona is being tossed around like a tiny ship at sea! Leadership is doing nothing to help curb the spread....except fire an employee who...asked for prayers on his personal social media page. Yay corporate and Kirby!More

We were looking for a BBQ place for dinner and they came up on a google search for great BBQ. I read the reviews and most said they ordered hamburgers. We were seated right away. It turns out they are a restaurant that serves all...type of food. We did still order a full rack of ribs and split them. The rack was huge and meaty. Even though they were not a dedicated BBQ place they were still really good. Together, we could not finish all of them and took several home.More

We came to J.T. Hannah's after a long day at Dollywood. I had a BBQ burger which was delicious. My father in law had a half rack of ribs that he said were wonderful. My wife being a vegetarian asked about the chicken and broccoli...Alfredo with mushrooms in place of chicken which they gladly did. The food was good and the server (Lillian according to the receipt) was great. She was very friendly, prompt with the drinks and just on top of it. Great experience, will definitely be back.More

Since we were doing online ordering for Take-Out and social distancing we chose places that we knew had amazing food. The steaks and ribs were awesome. We did have a longer wait-time than normal because of the time of year and the time we ordered....Highly recommend going early to eat or call in . We were not disappointed in any of our 7 dinners for our party.More
