I ate here because it looked like a fun place to eat and the atmosphere was good. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was not good. I took the bun off and just ate the burger which was not hot temperature-wise. The milkshake was good, but...frankly, I think the lunch was about $15.00 and only worth about half that amount. No one who worked there looked happy.More

Not great

We ate here for lunch. Our food was cold and this was at 11:30 so not long after they opened. He burgers and shakes were nothing great. Drinks don’t come with the meals. The staff was confused and a bit rude. Would eat somewhere else.

Not what it used to be.

Orders 2 burgers, the patties were awful. We are half o ly because we had to wait a long time to order food and were starving. So disappointed, a worker at the bakery told me they had changed the burger patties and she agreed, not...good.More

Food a disservice to Dolly’s good name

Stopped in for a quick lunch, and wish we’d skipped. Just awful. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger baskets, coke, water, and chocolate shake. Only items edible were hamburger bun and the coke and water. French fries, cheese, and bacon cold. Hamburger obviously a frozen patty that...had been precooked and kept in warming drawer. Chocolate “shake” was premix from a machine that tasted horrible. Each basket $11.99, didn’t include drink, and for the quality would’ve felt ripped off at half the price.More

Failing at Covid-19

the employees who are supposed to be cleaning the tables tstare at the ceiling and avoid eye contact, after we were done with our table we ask them to clean our table for the next people and they literally just stared at the floor and...ignored us, people are walking around looking for tables that are clean and just giving up and sitting at dirty tables, management is failing miserably here!!!!!!More

Worst part of our vacation

Reds was ok but RICHARD, the grumpy man that took our order ruined our visit. He was rude and didn’t want to be there. He forgot one of our cheeseburgers, wanted to argue about it, would not give us an extra pack of ketchup, talked...down to my daughter and myself. I would highly recommend finding a better suited position other than customer service for richard. He ruined our day. SamMore

Red's Drive-in

It's like walking back in time! The food is great! First time trying the cheese fries and highly recommend them. All food is in big portions. Loved the atmosphere! We always go to Red's when we visit Dollywood!

Eating

Ordering food and get fries and burger and only get 2 packs of ketchup for whole order? And you go back and ask and they say that’s all they are allowed to give. I think they need to evaluate the ratio of food to ketchup.... That’s ridiculous. When you have order of like 3 friesMore

Not as good as you would think.

Located in Dollywood I would think the hamburgers and fries would have been better for the price. Was disappointed though. It was filling for fast food.

Food not that good

We stopped here when we were on our bus trip .We stood in line and got a soso hamburger and cold french fries.It was very pricey for what you got to eat.I would try another restaurant if I was to back to Dollywood.
