Went for lunch on Black Friday and there was only a short line. The only menu available was a taped on QR code which my phone couldn't connect to, so I just ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. It is packed! Delicious milkshakes. Great food. Very busy! It's a little overwhelming to order once you arrive with online menus only, but it is worth it!

So amazing, after finding out that the restaurant we were originally going to was going to be at least a 90 minute wait, we were blessed my mother in law found this treasure. The food is absolutely amazing. Especially the Mac Daddy 😩. The cookie...dough left the grandkids drooling. Fresh, well prepared burger with multiple choices to customize! Fresh bakery style bun. Quick, friendly service (we called ahead and was told that there wasn't a crowd). The only thing that we would wish for is fresh cut fries. Didn't try any of the cookie...dough options, and there were many. Not a cookie dough kinda person. Will certainly consider this burger as a choice in the future.More

Came here on the recommendation of a tik toner I follow, when I tell you it did NOT disappoint. My husband isn’t even a huge burger fan and he literally verbatim said this burger is out of this world. He had the mushroom Swiss and...I had the Betty White and added bacon….so good…juicy, flavorful soooo good. I know it’s not what you would think would be your typical stop on a trip to Gatlinburg, but I’m telling you it’s a must do! You will NOT regret it. Fresh, flavorful, made right infront of you. Outstanding meal! What it lacks in table service (order and pick up at the counter) it makes up for by providing the most delicious food. My son and daughter had a Bo-Fa Deze, a Chicken and Waffle sandwich and I had a Spicy Queso. Each...was totaly different and each was a feast. The easily fit- for-2 sandwiches were to good to take home, so arrive on the hungry side. Each included an original side dish from a wide selection, also delicious. For desert we each had a milk shake. We ordered these after the meal, so we had time to contemplate which of the 60 menu choices we would like. Not always an easy task for half a dozen people. (18 Cookie Dough Flavors and 42 different shake choices) Then considering how accomidating the staff was to mix and match flavors your choices became almost infinate. My son proclaimed his 3 scoops of cookie dough treat to be the best milk shake He has had in his 25 years. All of the staff were friendly and gracious and operated smoothly, not always an easy task for half a dozen people working in a small space. I wish I had some kind of negative to add here so I don't sound like a shill for the restraunt, but I really do not. It was not cheap, but the food was plentifull and looked and tasted great. We are local to this area but had not eaten here before, but you better believe we will be comming back soon.More
