We called in a pick up order. Food was done on time, staff gave us plates, parmesan, red pepper and napkins without us even asking. Food was great. Garlic knots were the best!!

Pros: Hardly any wait time. Family owned. Friendly staff. Clean dining area. Overall flavor of pizza was decent, dominos is better. Cons: Greasy pizza. Crust was super thin towards the middle and the toppings fell off when picked up. Food prep worker did not wash...his hands after entering/exiting food prep area. Same worker high five children and then continued to work on a pizza without washing hands. Then he proceeded to be on his phone and make a pizza, although a great multitasker, not the most sanitary. Not a repeat place.More

While I have had a great many fantastic pizzas in the Smokies, I decided to try something new and highly recommended to me through online and personal referrals. I had been engaged in a long, and tiring day of hiking, and really did not feel...like venturing from my cabin to pursue my meal. Luckily, J. Del's offered delivery, and they had informed me that it could take about 2 hours with backed-up orders and a trafficked car show in town. I was fine with that, so long as I didn't have to leave my cabin. I had ordered a large meat lover's pizza, and a side of wings, perfect to enjoy while relaxing after the days hike. In almost 45 minutes flat, there was a knock at my door, and the driver was there with my order, just as I had asked for. I tipped generously in appreciation for the accurate order, and the quick delivery. This pizza was enormous, likely the biggest I've ever seen personally! The wings were finger licking good, and the pizza lived up to all the rave reviews I had heard prior. It was big enough, that I ate on it for several days after, and even re-heated it was fantastic. They definitely earned my repeat business when I travel there again.More

I rarely take the time to write reviews. The service from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic. The pizza was the best I have ever eaten. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

First I'll say this chicago thin was excellent and I recommend it if you don't want a pizza too doughy. I visited PF for the Rod Run over the weekend and called in a pick up order. When I got there my pizzas were not...made correctly. A woman named Erin came right over, fixed it for me, and was extremely apologetic. My order was ready quickly and I was very pleased with how they handled the issue!More

Delicious pizza. New York style. Very good. Only complaint is the prices - they’re a little high priced. BUT if you’re in town for a week, 2 large pizzas will feed a family of 4 for a couple days.

I have been to every “Good” pizza place in the state and j dels is by far the best pizza in Tennessee hands down. The staff is super nice and the service was impeccable. I could not recommend this place enough!!!!

Yes they do. It is only available as a whole pie, not as a slice.
