Good food and the best chicken show in the Smokies! Staff was very friendly and the wait wasn’t too long. It is a bit tricky to get into the parking lot if you’re coming from the north. Would certainly visit here again
We found Frizzle Chicken online and thought our youngest grandchild would enjoy it during our visit to Pigeon Forge. The line was long to get in but it was very organized and moved quickly. We found the food as just average. Nothing special at all....My granddaughter had the chicken and waffles, my other grandkids had pancakes and my husband and I had the big breakfast with bacon and eggs. The chickens clucked to a song at the top of the hour. My grandson looked up at them a few times but it really did nothing for him. $120 breakfast for 7. We will definitely be trying a different pancake house next time.More
I really wanted to love this place. With four kids I figured it would be a hit!! It seemed fun and cute. We didn’t have to wait long-maybe 10 minutes. Our waitress was very fun and nice, but she was over worked. The food was...quick but average at best. There was lots of it. 3/4 kids ate well. The musical chickens were so cute BUT we could barely hear them!
I didn’t like the food at all. I doubt we will be back. There’s so many good options in town and this was too expensive for “meh”.More
Fist off the place is amazing (pls wait) Very family oriented!!!!! The wait time isn’t bad and the food is pretty good. The cinnamon pancakes are to die for. However, the wait staff is miserable and beyond rude. Our server was MARY. I’ll never forget...her. She came to our table with a nice attitude at first. My husband said she was so sweet when he ordered the drinks before the kids and I got there to meet up with him. As we arrived and continued to order our food, she was very rude during the process. She told my 9 year old son to Oder quickly because she’s busy and so he did. We left that alone until she told me didn’t u just hear what I told ur son when I was ordering. That’s because I gave her an order then said scratch that I want to change my order. I asked her who she was talking to and she ignored that and said what can I get you? When my 14 year old daughter tried to order my daughter said I’ll order quickly and so she did. We were there about an hour. We never received any refills. I had coffee. I asked 3x for a refill. The last time she said can’t you see I’m busy. My husband had to keep me calm and remind me we are doing things as a family today please don’t let one person ruin it. Our food was delicious but our server was so rude. My husband at one point said I understand u r busy but try to b a little bit nicer to my wife she’s a server too. She told my husband whatever and rolled her eyes and walked away. After that we waited 20 min just to get the check after we asked for it. When she dropped it off she mumbled under her breath hurry up and get out as she turned and walked away. Clearly we left her a $1 tip on a $60 check. We will never ever ever go back again. I’ve never in my life have seen such a miserable and argumentative person. I’m assuming she’s been there so long as she is older that she’s just a miserable old lady working the same job for 30 years. This was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever encounter. I do not know how anyone works with this women!!!! And I’m still left wondering why….why she was so miserable. Guess we will never know but based upon her attitude we will never dine there again and we are locals!More
Server and hostess were very friendly. Cute atmosphere. Limited breakfast menu. Food was mediocre. Had chicken and waffles. Chicken was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Waffle was barely warm. Would have loved some warm syrup to melt my butter.
We had brunch on a Sunday and were seated within 10 minutes with no reservations. Small menu, but everything we had was delicious. My kids loved watching the chickens sing, but wish they did it more often. The chickens were "sleeping" a lot.
food was good nothing fancy. The big thing I want to see was the singing chickens. I would of given 5 stars but chickens only sing 1 song in 30. min. I think they should do it every 10 to 15 min. then I would...give you 5 stars. I was watching kids waiting to hear the chickens sing. So let them sing. lol. That why I want there.More
