Fun and delicious!! We love to watch the show too. The ice cream is delish but they make it so much fun to watch it being made. It’s costly ($9) for a cup of rolled ice cream. But that includes 3 toppings.

We are locals and have been here for three years now. We FINALLY got into this place and it was so cool. I got the chocolate base with peanut butter. Watching them make the curled up ice cream was really neat and they sent it...down a little conveyor belt when they were done. If you’ve never been here you have to at least try it for yourself.More

Order the one with the krispy kreme donut. Its so good. Real fruit topping mixed in. And more toppings on the top. Very customizable. You can order pretty much anything you want. Its great and when the ice cream melts on top of the donut...its the best.More

Whenever we come to Sevierville/Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, we always stop here! This is our favorite ice cream as we get to watch it being made in front of us, and enjoy the whole experience of creating our own ice cream. We did a school project and...taste tested 8 different ice cream locations. This is by far everyone's favorite ice cream with an experience. The taste isn't the best in town (that is the Kountry Kreamery), but it is good and we wouldn't miss this experience!!!! Although this was our last stop and we were full of ice cream for the day, we still ordered extra ice cream here, because we all love it!More

I LOVE this place. Best ice cream EVER! The chocolate-peanut ice cream is great! And it’s so fun to watch it being made.

The ice cream and atmosphere were fantastic here! My wife had experienced rolled ice cream in Texas for the first time and raved about it, so we decided to try it on our trip to the Smokies. In our limited experience, rolled ice cream is...in the $6-8/serving range, so when we arrived, we were surprised to see that the lowest-tier option (rolled ice cream in a cup) was $8, with waffle cones, booze add-ins, etc. adding an additional $4 each. Paying $16 for ice cream seems a bit incredible, but to each their own. The staff were friendly, and the menu/instructions are very clear, and half the fun is watching your ice cream being made right in front of you! We got the chocolate ice cream with Nutella mix-in and chocolate drizzle, and it was legitimately very good ice cream. It has a very unique texture, hard and chewy, which is exactly how I like ice cream. Had it been a bit cheaper, the experience would have been perfect. It was more ice cream than expected, so there was plenty to share between my wife and I after we ate dinner. A "splurge" treat, but a great experience to have!More

Anything less than 5 stars is hard to believe. Even though the line was a little long, it moved efficiently. Never been to any family ice cream store where they will “booze it up” for mom and dad if desired. Staff was very friendly and...professional. Bought a shirt.More

In all the ice cream was very good and I loved watching them make it. But we have been twice and the first time they mixed up the orders and we ended up with caramel when we didn’t ask for it. The second time I...asked for a chocolate base with coffee and ended up with a vanilla base with coffee when the cup directly said chocolate. Also, there was a mix-up with my name, Leah. The cashier wrote Laa and which caused the ice cream person to say “Laa” and rolling her eyes as she started making the ice cream. I enjoyed the ice cream itself but the experience just made me want to go get a pint of ice cream at the store...More

Loved this place, however, it was very crowded. We had to wait at least 20 minutes due to the line we had to wait in. Otherwise, it was an awesome place for ice cream!

It was so good I at the whole thing and I never have had this much dairy in one sitting. I was so full. But it was ever bit worth the over fill. The best part was watching them do it right in front of...you. Worth of ever penny. Not cheap.More
