The food was excellent in the restaurant. Nice location with easy access to almost everything. However, our room was dark, missing a couple of light bulbs, not real clean and had to be cleaned again. The sofa in our room actually had chips and other...food under the cushions.More

Food was absolutely delicious!! Had a tasty bowl of chili & grilled cheese! Freshly made to order gourmet pizza was filling as well. Enjoyed the beautiful fireplaces and quiet atmosphere as well. Server and staff were very attentive to our needs. Will definitely go back...to this hidden gem!!More
You can eat at the bar, in the lobby restaurant or take it back to your room. They have great brick oven pizzas and large burgers served with fries. For bigger appetites there are steaks and fish dishes. The service was fast and friendly. At...the bar you will find the usual offerings and some local draft beers which were excellent.More
While staying at the Black Fox Lodge with 2 other couples, we decided to stay in for dinner and try the Fox Den. My husband ordered the Blue Ridge Burger with Fries which he said was done perfectly and was very good. I had a...huge platter of Chicken Quesadillas that were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food and our server who was friendly and efficient. They also have a decent bar if you want a before or after dinner drink.More

But this was quite adequate after an early show and busy afternoon, and we didn't have to contend with massive crowds and the freezing temps.More
