I ordered the 10 ounce Filet medium rare, it came back MOOING!...The cook took it back 3 times and kept cutting into it every time and it was still RAW!...We finally asked for a manager and she was very rude and had an attitude like...somehow it was our fault a so called Steakhouse could not cook a $40 Filet medium rare!More

This was the best filet I have ever had! My friends had the ribeye. They really liked theirs as well.

We stop at Alamo every time we're in town, and I have reviewed it previously. This experience was bad. The male host was not nice to anyone and started turning people away around 8:00. We had to wait about 45 minutes for a table even...though many tables were open, indicating they are short-staffed. Our waiter was a great attentive waiter but he was a bit snarky, which was irritating. Our table ordered the mozzerella sticks (great!) Chicken Santa Fe (good), Salmon (small portion, not very good), Ground Steak (this was bland tasteless and undercooked meatloaf), a bone-in ribeye (my son said this was good, but was definitely not the weight advertised on the menu), and the 20oz boneless ribeye. This was a very thin piece of meat (about 1/4 inch thick) and WAY over-cooked (we asked for medium). All we could taste was salt and possibly lighter fluid. We compete in SCA steak competitions and the judges would have spit this out. Definitely not worth anywhere near $30+. Fortuneately the waiter agreed that the steak was not cooked right and we didn't have to pay for that. His excuse was that the cook was brand new. All of the sides were decent and generous portions. We did not have any cocktails because we thought they were over-priced. We left here very disappointed because a trip to the Alamo used to be one of the highlights of our trip. We won't go back.More

My wife wanted to try the Alamo (we love us some steak dinners), so we gave it a shot this evening. The waitress was polite and quick, our salads were pretty good. My wife ordered a filet and I ordered NY strip. Both steaks tasted...horribly of burn and lighter fluid. Mine was cooked ok but tasted terrible, however my wife's was way over cooked and dry. I gave it two outa five only because the waitress was sweet and did her job. This $100 meal wasn't worth $15 bucks. We won't mess with this place again.More

Had heard good things about the Alamo in Pigeon Forge but we quickly learned something different. It began with the "Host" at the door....extremely condescending and rude. We ordered steaks and burgers...they all tasted of charcoal and/or lighter fluid...we thought it could have been a...seasoning or "Texas"style. Our waiter was however the bright spot of our visit and was helpful, we paid our bill , left and will never spend another dollar there.More

Good menu selection and always a queue during peak season. Grilled Shrimp is very good. And steak is very good. Eaten at PF location 5 times.

We like to come here for special occasions since it's quite pricey. The first trip was on our honeymoon and this time to celebrate my hubby earning his master's degree! Anyway, good visits and really can't complain about anything major. Steaks were good both times....Good salads. I LOVE the broccoli! However, they cook it is great! The rolls are super good! We will definitely return the next time we have a special reason to. My only complaint this time was that it was hot. I heard several other patrons mentioning the same thing. I was tempted to go stand outside a minute to cool off--it was that toasty! Other than that, everything was good.More

If you are looking for a delicious steak in Pigeon Forge, this is definitely your place!!! Ordered the filet and it was so tender it melted in your mouth. Server was phenomenal and very attentive and knowledgeable. There is a wait, so be prepared for...that. We were quoted an hour and a half; however, only had to wait about 35 mins or so.More

My husband and I went on a Sunday evening. Our wait wasn’t long. Our waiter was phenomenal. He knew everything on the menu and made perfect suggestions. I have the crab soup and a salad. Both were very good. Husband had the ribeye because they...didn’t have the porterhouse. He enjoyed it.More

First time here, amazing service and great food! Steak was a little tough, but I know that just depends on the cow! The crab bisque was to die for!! We will definitely be back! Every single worker was so pleasant! For 2 lunch steaks and...kids meal, it was around $50, a little on the expensive side but worth it!More

I got the Santa Fe Chicken with broccoli and a wedge salad. I then waddled home. Meals there are filling. Go before 3 PM and get lunch prices like we did.

Had dinner here on the first night of our stay in Pigeon Forge. The wait was not too bad. Service was good. David was our waiter, he was informative and helpful, and humorous as well. Both of our meals were very good. My Wife had...the Ribeye and I had the Porterhouse. Both of our steaks were cooked to our order. We got two meals out of this as neither one of us could finish our steaks. Made them for breakfast the next morning - still very good!! Also had the Crab Soup as an appetizer - it was Awesome!!!!More
