The wait was minimal being that they can only seat half of their capacity. The server was pleasant. The salads are large and appealing as they are served in huge dishes with lots of toppings divided on the plate. Nice presentation!! Our entrees consisted of Prime Rib, which was just okay, a little tough and not as flavorful as it could have been. Filet Tips which were cooked so well done that the flavor and tenderness they may have had died in the kitchen. The Ribeye Steak that was ordered rare but came out medium. Not sure how that happened. Once it was brought to the server's attention a new steak was brought out. The second steak was cooked perfect but it was flavorless. The baked potatoes were hot and fluffy. When you pay $30 plus for steaks you expect a lot more flavor and tenderness in the cuts of meat. The best part of the meal was definitely the salads!

My aunt and I were looking for a good steak house and while at a local winery, a couple was telling us about Alamo Steakhouse Buy One Get One just down the road. We went and after about an hour wait (OK with us) we were seated and had the best waiter ever - Mark was courteous and took very good care of us. My aunt has to have Gluten Free food and he was careful with making sure no croutons were in her salad. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, plenty of butter for our potatoes and a great bottle of red wine and we were set. Overall a fantastic night and not too expensive due to the BOGO.

It’s a pandemic in a tourist town and we are hungry so timing is key to avoiding non mask wearers and long lines at dinner time. We arrived at 445 pm running on empty since breakfast. Avg cost was 30 pp plus $10 mini size cocktails and a waiter Who had never heard of a moscow mule. In fact we momentarily panicked Thinking that drinks were not served because this is a Bible Belt family town that only went wet recently. Quick interweb visit Settled us down. It’s about food anyway. We had a slab of prime rib and a fillet, flavored perfectly and cooked medium rare. Yum. Plus delicious Caesar salad and honey bother slathered read. We were by a window in the back but unfortunately overlooked an unkempt court yard. How hard is it to pick up trash. And for gods sake, management, forbid staff from being anywhere in Patron view while they smoke a few cigarettes. Still the taste of the food was pretty dang awesome. Our waiter Marcus was cordial if not sophisticated. He made up for any shortcomings with sincerity and was tipped accordingly. It’s a popular place. Stay away during prime time. But they did physical distancing well and We needed a meal out. Alamo steakhouse fit the bill and we were happy

There were so many good reviews for this place so we decided to try it this weekend. The staff was so friendly and we liked our waiter. The food on the other hand was disgusting. Me and my fiancè both ordered the filet mignon and shrimp, I had to send my steak back twice because it was so rare (ordered medium). My filet was thin, long and fatty, I have never had a thin fatty piece of filet normally it's a thick beautiful piece of meat. I would best describe the flavor as eating a piece of burned wood. My salad was warm and wilted and the appetizers were nothing too brag about either, over cooked calamari. I am only writing this because I am still sick about paying $120 for a meal that gave me and my fiancè both stomach problems all night

You will get plenty to eat at Alamo Steakhouse! We stopped for lunch, so didn’t have the steak, but what we had was plenty. The mozzarella sticks were twice the size of normal ones and they give you eight! They also give you bread, so pace yourself. The crab soup was a little salty, but had plenty of actual crab meat. Very filling. If you like chicken parmigiana, it is really good. *The parking is a little strange. The main parking is off the parkway. You have to cross a little bridge to get to the restaurant. You can also get to the lower parking lot from a VERY narrow road in the back.

I realized that I haven't shared an appropriate review of our family's favorite Smoky mountain restaurant. We visit the Alamo Steakhouse many times each year for consistently excellent food and service. Some personal favorites are their excellent salads, crab soup, stuffed shrimp, and of course the steaks. My new favorite is the Texan Dip prime rib sandwich. Wow. Prices are slightly higher than something like the Outback but you can save money and wait times by visiting during lunch and/or showing the 15% off coupon from their website (you can just pull it up on your phone). Always a great meal.

The steaks were delicious! We went with a party of 16 on a Saturday late afternoon and waited to be seated less than 5 minutes. The service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their thick juice steaks. As one of the side, you can get a side salad. these salads were the size of most restaurants dinner salads. They brought one of our meals a little late and they gave us a complementry shimp coctail for the inconvenience of waiting a little while. All of us were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Friend and hotel employee recommended as being best, not so. It has good atmosphere employees are very courteous. Food quality is good but the preparation needs to be taken care! Ordered calamari appetizer and was EXTREMELY salty- returned and offered a non salty selection, Bland taste. The Porterhouse was good quality but also salty. The Rib Eye was not as marbled as advertised and was overcooked. Crab soup was not salty it is a creamy bisque with crab meat on top as garnish. Disappointed with visit. Staff very apologetic . Kitchen staff should be more considerate on seasoning

Our 1st visit, and will not be our last!! Upon entering we were told there was a 30 min wait for 2 people. We decided to wait, but only waited about 5 mins and they had us seated. Our Server, Lacey, was amazing! I have to brag on her because a server can sometimes make or break you at a new place, and she totally made our night!! She was Amazing!! I had the Chicken Teriyaki along with the Alamo Potatoes and a salad. My husband had the Filet Mignon along with the mashed potatoes and a salad. I have to say that our foods were all Delicious!! Props to the Chef for sure!! The rolls were brought out very hot and the butter they serve with them is awesomely tasting!! I really can't brag enough of the Great and Up Most Fantastic of an Experience we had here!!! We can't wait to go back! Great Tasting Foods!! Highly Recommend!!

Last time we were in town we ordered the steak from the Alamo Steakhouse, but this time because we were taking it to go, we ordered the $10 Alamo Bacon and Cheeseburger. . Now that was a real treat. "Our burgers are ground fresh daily on premises from our own choice filet, rib eye and New York strip steaks, grilled to perfection and served with bacon and your choice of cheese on a ciabatta roll. All burgers cooked to medium temperature or higher. Choose from American, cheddar, Monterey Jack, Swiss, blue or Pepper Jack cheese." The flavor of the burger did not disappoint. It was the best burger we had during our stay in Pigeon Forge. It was large enough that you could share with your partner to cut the cost to $5/person. The fries were delicious also as they were the normal steak fries with a light touch of salt. Don't bother with those other imitation burgers and stick with the real steak burger at Alamo Steakhouse.

We stopped for dinner here just because we had enough of the 441 traffic & this was where we were. That being the case, it was a 45 min wait..... Decor was okay-nice, the waiter was excellent, & the food (prime rib & bone in ribeye) were great.... Salad & baked potatoes were good also. It was pricey ($100 dinner+tip) for an adult couple but we're worth it

We knew the prices were high here, but have eaten here on other trips and food was good, so we did not mind that. This time food was not good at all. I ordered prime rib, and it was full of gristle, very hard to eat,& ordered mushrooms & onions, onions were not even cooked. My husband ordered filet mignon (which is only steak he normally eats). It was not filet mignon, and was a bit tough. Will not eat there again. Waitress seemed unconcerned.

Hi! I am sorry you did not enjoy your food, but am much more concerned about the unconcerned waitress. Sometimes, even with our best efforts, mistakes happen with the food. But there is no excuse for not properly handling them. I am sending you a PM for some info on her. THanks Kelly

We tried Alamo Steakhouse last night for the first time while in Pigeon Forge. The wait was pretty long from all the people in the area for the New Years holiday... but it seemed to go pretty quick. The food was wonderful and portions were generous. Our server did an excellent job, she was running non stop. My wife had the Parmesan Chicken and I tried the Chili Rubbed Pork Chops. Both were perfect. The restaurant seemed to have ample parking and was very clean. We will definitely be back again. Hats off to the management and staff again for the great work considering the volume of people you served. I’ll also apologize for the family sitting in our area with the three kids that you let graze around the restaurant unsupervised. Not once did you control your screaming daughter from the time you were seated until the time you finally left. Hopefully you left your server a generous tip...... she deserved it.

Awesome meal deal! This month is buy one meal and get another lesser priced meal free. I had an excellent chili rubbed pork chop meal with spinach and a baked potato. My wife had chicken parmigiana with a baked sweet potato and broccoli. My three brother-in-laws had the Santa Fe chicken. We met for our annual birthday dinner. The service and food quality was excellent. I would recommend both the restaurant and our server, Brittany.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for our weekend in Pigeon Forge. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great, the food was tasty and our service was awesome. My wife got the Ribeye Chopped Steak and I got the Pork Chops. The chopped steak was probably the best I have ever tasted. The pork chops were grilled just right. Everything about our meal was delicious. Our waitress was so kind and she was always making sure we were good. One thing I noticed, it looked like everyone who worked there was having a great evening and that says a lot about the atmosphere and service. Will defintely be back. If you are looking for a nice place to eat with great food, then Alamo Steakhouse is your place.
