The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the indoor/outdoor patio was delightful. Our late afternoon visit provided the best restaurant service we have ever experienced. While we are typically hesitant to try new dishes, the attentive waitstaff created a comfortable environment, encouraging us to order items outside our usual preferences. The meal was superb. We plan to return on our next trip, and likely more frequently.

The vibe was awesome. By the way, W waiter, Alex was AWESOME. My friends managed to get a selfie with him 10/10 recommend Alex. Casual vibe comfy and calming. Great family place love that there is entertainment at the table. If you’re not one for fancy go to the blue moose. The food was buss and was a really reasonable price. Me and my younger brother shared a 12 piece wing and they tasted delicious. We got half lemon pepper half wild ranch. The food came out fast and was worth the only $15 it costed. The only thing i would was ehh is the wait BUT that was because so busy because of how amazing it was and we also had 9 people in our party. 10/10 place do recommend spending your time here with best waiter, Alex, deserves a big tip!

My family and I had a great experience during our recent visit! Our server was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. When he was told that my grandson had food allergies, he immediately got the manager to speak with us about which foods would be safest for him to eat. The manager didn't hesitate with her recommendations. She and our server took the situation very seriously. Their concern put us at ease and allowed us to really enjoy our meal. All the food we ordered was excellent. My husband enjoyed some of the hottest wings he had ever eaten with the server recommended atomic sauce. We certainly have no problem recommending this restaurant and plan to return when we are back in town.

If Blue Moose is 1 of the best restaurants in Pigeon Forge, the food in PF isn’t very high quality. I would equate Blue Moon to Hooter’s level fare — nothing fresh, all prepared frozen from a food service provider. I took 2 stars away for price & quality, then a 3rd star for poorly mixed cocktails. My ticket for 2 averaged $35 a person & it just wasn’t worth that.
Ambiance was very much like a sports bar — TVs all around with a variety of sports programming playing.
Table service was overwhelmed, so we didn’t see our waiter much. Surely there are better options in Pigeon Forge.

Our server,Ellsa (who was friendly, helpful, efficient at taking care of us, and made great recommendations), suggested we try the Burger Sticks and wow, they were delicious, and different than anything we've tried. She also said their burgers and onion rings (for a small upcharge) were pretty yummy. My husband got the Bacon Cajun burger (not spicy) and would definitely get it and the onion rings again. I really enjoyed the BBQ nachos as my meal. We could not believe the number of TVs in the place. Lol.

Our waitress Amber was AWESOME! I had the chicken wings, extra crispy and they were excellent, not dried out, still moist and flavorful. My wife had the Chicken salad with the Sriracha ranch sauce and loved it also.

Found this place by accident on recent trip to Pigeon Forge and glad we did. The wait for dinner inside was about 1 1/2 hours - then we noticed a pickup /order online option next door. Walked in and ordered, and within 15 min we had the meal and headed back to cabin to eat. Reasonable pricing. Family says it was the best boneless wings they’ve had and the burger was great also.
Friendly staff. Easy access off main parkway.

We had lunch here yesterday. Food was excellent as always. Our server Kayley really made our dinning experience wonderful. She made sure to get our lunch orders perfect. The only thing we would do differently is let her know when she was taking the food order, that we would be ordering peanut butter pie. So she could have taken it out of the fridge, so it thawed out. And then we were not waiting for thawing at the table. Great.
Food great service will be back.

Elisa was an absolutely fantastic server! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Her friendly and sweet demeanor made our dining experience truly enjoyable.
We traveled all the way from Tampa, Florida to sight see in Tennessee and were blown away by the exceptional level of customer service Elisa provided. It's a standard we rarely encounter back home.
We highly recommend dining here and requesting Elisa as your server!

My mother, daughter and I went to Blue Moose during a vacation. We had gotten takeout before and this was the first time eating in the restaurant. We were seated right away and our server was very attentive. We had the Wild Ranch Wrap, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and a Burger, with onion rings and sweet potato fries. All of it was delicious. Our server, another server, and the manager checked on us while we were there. Very happy with our meals and service. Great atmosphere, especially for watching sports.

Very busy on a typical Friday night, but great food and great service. Our whole family (with teenagers) loved what we ordered and our service was just what we wanted. Our own tv at our booth changed to the channel we wanted was an added bonus. Fun atmosphere. We’ll definitely revisit!

Delicious half pound burger and seasoned fries. I also had the extra ranch wings and they were also perfect! My SIL is a very picky eater and they were able to remove the seasoning from the fries which made her very happy. Their ranch dressing is thick and homemade!

I love the Blue Moose! Everytime i am through the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area i stop in for a cider on tap and some tasty eats. This visit went above and beyond. My server Heather was AWESOME and so very helpful! Heather was so attentive and accommodating of my dietary restrictions, it was a pleasure to dine with her. Thanks for a great visit Heather! BTW the Moose is a great place to watch a game!

I normaIIy dont write reviews, I owned a bar/restaurant for 13 years so I know how difficuIt the business is to own, run and manage. Let say we were in the area on a short get away to hike in the mountains and staying a few miIes away. We searched TA and found this pIace as #1 on the Iist. We gave it a shot, my sweetie Ioved her food and her service was great. But our server was very new maybe first day or maybe week. She was totaIIy untrained. This management team shouId be aware of training for staff. We asked if there was a happy hour on a Thursday at 4:30 pm. She didnt know she went to ask, we overheard the answer and when she repeated she was nervous, couId not repeat some of the speciaIs but we ordered anyway. I got the Burger/wing combo. I asked for BIue cheese and bacon on the burger, I asked for my wings to be extra crispy, and I asked for ranch dressing. Water to drink and a cocktaiI. My cocktaiI was good. The Burger came with American Cheese. I showed her and she was going to take it back but knowing its a pain to remake food I suggest she just bring a side of BIue cheese. She did but then charged me for the mistake anyway. The sauce for the wings was BIue cheese not ranch. The entire time she never attempted to refiII my water and I drank my girIs other water. AII is not a big deaI but when the pIace is 70% empty and no attention to detaiI that is unacceptabIe. the reason I am writing the review is no managment can retrain this empIoyee as its a refIection of your business and being that you are #1 on Trip advisor I am assuming you are actuaIIy trying. Now I couId have caIIed of the manager but my girI cringes when that happens and it kiIIs the vibe. I guess if any of these things happen on there own I wouId not care but when 3-4 things are over Iooked on a basic burger order you guys have issues. Easy to fix issues but issues. Hope she doesnt get into too much troubIe just thought you wouId know about my experience.

Just when I thought good service in a restaurant was a thing of the past, we met Paul at Blue Moose Burgers. He treated us like kings, didn’t over promise anything, promptly responded to every request - and above all - he knew everything about the menu! And, the cook was excellent today! All 6 in our group ordered from the wide variety of options, there was something for the gluten free and the dairy free. From the taco salad to Blue Moose Burger and onion rings-great food for this price point and a real treat to be served by Paul!!
