My sister and I started our day out at Hard Rock Cafe 100 Broadway Nashville tennessee. We had a crazy request. A spicy bourbon sour and our bartender Lydia made us a slamming cocktail. Come in and ask for Lydia's Basil Hadden hot and sassy...sour. Well done I'll be back to see her. I especially want Hard Rock to recognize Lydia for being an a amazing employee and loyal to her customers.More

Had never been to a Hard Rock Cafe before, went to this one in Nashville mid week. Got right in, waiter very nice, memorabilia neat and music good. Food very mediocre and pricey. Probably would not eat there again.

Went there early on a Wednesday evening and there was no wait. Food came quickly. Asked for burger well done but it was a bit pink. Service was very friendly and efficient. Memorabilia is my favourite part of a HRC and this place has a...nice collection. There was a lot of country stuff but not all. They have a very small gift shop.More

Live in mid TN area and never been here but, decided to stop by here because we had gone to the one in Cayman Islands this year and it was GREAT. First off, they have a valet service to park your car in the eleven...space parking lot they have (right in the front door) and wanted to charge $15 to park and go in to eat - NO!. The food and service was NOT the same or even close to the Cayman location. The first server was as if he cared less and we moved to another seat which proved to be a lot better on attitude. It wasn't that busy - about half the place had someone at a table and the food was slow getting out. The onion rings were NOTHING like the picture, small, lukewarm and soggy and the coleslaw had absolutely no flavor - like only chopped up dry cabbage. Definitely won't be going back here. Just another location downtown on Broad that shows how they rip tourist (people) off for $$$$! $15 just to park and eat? Questioned that to corporate to see if they honestly were supposed to be doing that and still haven't heard from them - so - apparently it's correct.More

Went here on our trip to Nashville because there was no wait. The atmosphere was expected for a Hard Rock Cafe, music and memorabilia. The food was not the best and the waiter was even worse. We asked what was popular and he said he...doesn’t eat there because he likes to eat healthy. Okay… got it no help..Then they were super slow getting out our food and empty tables everywhere. This was at noon, so we should of taken that as a hint. Nachos with steak were sad looking. Pulled pork sandwich tasted like old meat, the coleslaw that came with it had absolutely zero flavor-no salt-no pepper-no seasoning whatsoever. Then when we finally get our food, the waiter drops off our food and not two minutes later walks back with our check. None of us even had a chance to take our first bite of food. Between the service and crappy service we will not be going back there.More

For many years the Hard Rock brand has meant something to trust providing good food and an ambient dining experience. Well, not in Nashville downtown! On May 27 we stopped by for lunch with great expectations but what we got instead was cold, inedible food...(what should have been a hot flamed grilled chicken sandwich). It was clear any grilling was done well in advance and that no care and attention was given to the preparation of this meal. We complained to the manager about the poor food quality and service but got a cold response that was unapologetic. Avoid this place as you will only be disappointed. Not a great experience!More

It took 40 minutes to get our meal, and they weren't busy. Then it took 20 minutes to get desert. Then we went to the gift shop, and we spent another 20 minutes to find help. I brought my disappointment to the Manger, and he...didn't appear to care.More

We were met with a very nice greeter who told us there would be approximately a 30 minute wait. I asked if we could look around (at the decor on the walls) she told us to go to the store located outside the restaurant, which...inside the restaurant had the same items. When we got the text our table was ready we were sat right in front of the female performer. She had a decent voice but every song was done in the same tempo & she took requests as long as they were slow songs. I ordered a side salad which was fine. My onion rings were not hot, I thought they had sat under a heat lamp. The bbq sauce with them were good. My hubby ordered a BBQ sandwich which he said was good. Portions were decent. The waitress never asked if things were good, if we wanted a refill. Just not the best Hard Rock I've ever visited.More

My wife and 17-year-old son were visiting Nashville for a college visit. We decided to go downtown to get a bite to eat. Out of all the restaurants, my son wanted to go to The Hard Rock Cafe. We got seated pretty quickly as it...was about 6 PM on a weeknight. First, let me say that the staff was very nice. The first issue is that their draft beer system was not operational so we had to settle for what was in a bottle... nothing local, nothing craft. Just Miller Lite, Budweiser, etc. I settled for a Miller Lite and the beer wasn't very cold. Next, we ordered the nachos. Meh. My wife got a salad that she really liked. My son got a fried chicken sandwich and I got a grilled chicken sandwich, both with fries. The fries were cold and my chicken was overcooked. Finally, while I was watching the cook staff prepare other meals, I saw one of the cooks place a full burger in the microwave before plating it. Some people may love the food and ambiance, but I personally felt like it was $100+ that was wasted.More

There are pay to park lots and garages in the area. This is a typical Hard Rock Cafe with full bar service and classic rock videos showing on the televisions and playing over the music system. There is much rock & roll memorabilia throughout the...facility. There is a small gift shop within the restaurant, but the main one is in the building next door. I received excellent service and my honey chicken sandwich was terrific.More

After 60 minutes waiting for food we walked out. The manager was such an absolute moron she didn’t see how this was her problem. Avoid this place at all cost it’s very expensive and they could care less about you.

We made last minute reservations and had a reliable meal. The good thing about Hardrock is that the menus are all similar and you can count on the quality being the same. We had great service and good food.

I really wanted to enjoy dining here. The host was friendly - a good start - but service was poor and everything was overpriced. They are located near the river on Broadway so the location is good, but a short walk to any of the...other spots around here probably would have resulted in a much better experience.More
