Went here on our trip to Nashville because there was no wait. The atmosphere was expected for a Hard Rock Cafe, music and memorabilia. The food was not the best and the waiter was even worse. We asked what was popular and he said he...doesn’t eat there because he likes to eat healthy. Okay… got it no help..Then they were super slow getting out our food and empty tables everywhere. This was at noon, so we should of taken that as a hint. Nachos with steak were sad looking. Pulled pork sandwich tasted like old meat, the coleslaw that came with it had absolutely zero flavor-no salt-no pepper-no seasoning whatsoever. Then when we finally get our food, the waiter drops off our food and not two minutes later walks back with our check. None of us even had a chance to take our first bite of food. Between the service and crappy service we will not be going back there.More

For many years the Hard Rock brand has meant something to trust providing good food and an ambient dining experience. Well, not in Nashville downtown! On May 27 we stopped by for lunch with great expectations but what we got instead was cold, inedible food...(what should have been a hot flamed grilled chicken sandwich). It was clear any grilling was done well in advance and that no care and attention was given to the preparation of this meal. We complained to the manager about the poor food quality and service but got a cold response that was unapologetic. Avoid this place as you will only be disappointed. Not a great experience!More

It took 40 minutes to get our meal, and they weren't busy. Then it took 20 minutes to get desert. Then we went to the gift shop, and we spent another 20 minutes to find help. I brought my disappointment to the Manger, and he...didn't appear to care.More

We were met with a very nice greeter who told us there would be approximately a 30 minute wait. I asked if we could look around (at the decor on the walls) she told us to go to the store located outside the restaurant, which...inside the restaurant had the same items. When we got the text our table was ready we were sat right in front of the female performer. She had a decent voice but every song was done in the same tempo & she took requests as long as they were slow songs. I ordered a side salad which was fine. My onion rings were not hot, I thought they had sat under a heat lamp. The bbq sauce with them were good. My hubby ordered a BBQ sandwich which he said was good. Portions were decent. The waitress never asked if things were good, if we wanted a refill. Just not the best Hard Rock I've ever visited.More

My wife and 17-year-old son were visiting Nashville for a college visit. We decided to go downtown to get a bite to eat. Out of all the restaurants, my son wanted to go to The Hard Rock Cafe. We got seated pretty quickly as it...was about 6 PM on a weeknight. First, let me say that the staff was very nice. The first issue is that their draft beer system was not operational so we had to settle for what was in a bottle... nothing local, nothing craft. Just Miller Lite, Budweiser, etc. I settled for a Miller Lite and the beer wasn't very cold. Next, we ordered the nachos. Meh. My wife got a salad that she really liked. My son got a fried chicken sandwich and I got a grilled chicken sandwich, both with fries. The fries were cold and my chicken was overcooked. Finally, while I was watching the cook staff prepare other meals, I saw one of the cooks place a full burger in the microwave before plating it. Some people may love the food and ambiance, but I personally felt like it was $100+ that was wasted.More

There are pay to park lots and garages in the area. This is a typical Hard Rock Cafe with full bar service and classic rock videos showing on the televisions and playing over the music system. There is much rock & roll memorabilia throughout the...facility. There is a small gift shop within the restaurant, but the main one is in the building next door. I received excellent service and my honey chicken sandwich was terrific.More

After 60 minutes waiting for food we walked out. The manager was such an absolute moron she didn’t see how this was her problem. Avoid this place at all cost it’s very expensive and they could care less about you.

We made last minute reservations and had a reliable meal. The good thing about Hardrock is that the menus are all similar and you can count on the quality being the same. We had great service and good food.

I really wanted to enjoy dining here. The host was friendly - a good start - but service was poor and everything was overpriced. They are located near the river on Broadway so the location is good, but a short walk to any of the...other spots around here probably would have resulted in a much better experience.More

Total rip off for what you pay, plus their parking fees. food wasn't good at all, place was empty. Nashville downtown overall is really falling apart, between the trash everywhere & homeless people standing on the corners with broken liquor bottles on the sidewalk. Probably...won't be back. Clean up your act Nashville !More

We are avid Hard Rock fans! We go every city we are in and stay at resorts. The staff was perfectly fine and the food good....so no complaints there. The vibe was what got me. The music was low, not much vibrance or excitement. Not...much memorabilia on walls. Normally staff is wearing Pins, and loud and spunky and that was not here. It was just this low key, non HR experience.More

We eat at Hard Rock's every travel. I collect the pins, but the food is consistently good and waiters are friendly (for the most part). The waiter here was awesome, I wish I remembered his name. They have valet parking. Restrooms are usually downstairs or...upstairs, but these are on same floor. Nice for an old lady :-).More

My wife and I try to go to Hard Rocks around the world and this was our first time in Nashville so of course we had to come try it. If I have a complaint its that I was told it would be a 30...minute wait and it was only 10! Awesomeness from the start. The first thing you'll notice is they have a parking lot with valet parking. Very important in a city. The restaurant is HUGE. The stage is upstairs and we were unable to get there because of a private party for the UFC fight. Bummer- did not get our world photo with us on stage. Everything was SPOTLESS. Even the bathrooms were ultra clean. They took temps as you walked in and all staff was masked and gloved. People were friendly. There was nothing overtly special about this Hard Rock from others other than the super friendliness of every one we interacted with. The manager is Jerome and he was everywhere helping everyone but still had time to talk to us. Our server was Anna who was attentive and very helpful. Miranda ran the Rock Shop and actually remembered us from our brief perusal before eating to our actual shopping afterwards. The food is always safe to eat there. We had burgers. My Wife's was wrong and it was fixed instantly and delicious. If you are looking for good food with friendly people, come try the Hard Rock. It is a fun staple if you travel every where like we do!More
