I recently got indulge at this little coffe shop with a great authentic cuban taste on the food, price is fair for what it is, a tasty and generous portions, cuban sandwich and medias noches are amazing, friut milkshakes are awesome as well. Empanadas on special at $1, crockets, and papa rellena (stuffed potato) only 1.50! Now the best probably... More

I am from Cuba and search for Cuban restaurants when I travel. I found a great one in Nashville! It's not fancy, but the food and service have always been great. It's on my favorites list for Nashville!

Ordered the version of the cuban pork sandwich, it is awful! Tasteless meat, sandwich spread and old bread, tried some of their deserts and returned them, totally tasteless. The food tasted like a bad Mexican version of Cuban food. I was not expecting anything like the famed Versailles Restaurant (in Calle 8 in Miami) but at least they could try... More

First off, the place is small, appears to be in a low-rent place that's "sketchy" HOWEVER the food rises above it all! Step into this place, and you'll feel as though you've stepped into another country. And the staff was friendly and helpful...although sometimes a tad slow. Fried beef was excellent! The sweet Plantains were perfect. And the Cuban sandwich... More

The food is so good. I would recommend that get the food to go. The eating area is small and cramped. But still the food is wonderful

Place is wonderful. Food excellent and the employees work hard to please their customers. This is the type of food that reminds me of South Florida. Enjoy.

Okay...it may be the only Cuban food in Nashville, but Back to Cuba is delicious! It's located in an "iffy" stripmall, but the restaurant is clean inside. Don't miss the plantains.

I first visited this place with a good friend of mine that had recently moved here from Cuba. He and I worked together and after a staff meeting we decided to go here for a quick bite. He had previously eaten here and wanted to share the experience with me. I was unsure about what to order and he ordered... More

This place defines the word "Dive" from the outside. It is located in a strip mall, but inside is a warm welcome that makes you feel like you've stepped into another country. The food is great, the people are nice, and the prices are good. Don't miss this place.

Until today my favorite place to get a cuban sandwich was in Homestead, Florida. This place is just as good and a 1000 miles closer. Do not expect any frills here, just good food at reasonable prices.
