I took my mother here for lunch and they had the best green tomato gazpacho I've ever had with a spoonful of goat cheese on top. It was yummy. My mother ha a part pasta and part salad special..and it was extremely reasonable. The service was quite good as was the atmosphere.

We were trying to get in a place to eat last minute 830 at night. They welcomed our group of 9 - 3 being children. Service was great , fast and friendly. Food was good and plentiful.

This was out second lunch at Amerigo. We had to come back because it was sooooo good the first time. The staff is very nice and accommodating, the prices are very reasonable during lunch, the selection is overwhelming, and most importantly the food is unbeatable. The meatball with the spaghetti was SO BIG and beautiful and yummy - highly recommend.... More

While entertaining customers, a party of ten, we enjoyed a great meal at Amerigo. The staff was friendly and our server, Keeno, was thoughtful and full of personality. The meal was delicious and priced quite nicely. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone!

Nice variety of Italian food all with a slight update to traditional fare. 2 of us had the chicken piccata. It was breaded which was different. We thought it needed more lemon but we like lemon on everything. One had the cannelloni al forno with spinach and mushrooms and loved it. Bread and salads were fresh and delicious. Waitress was... Based on the crowd that was there, we figured that we'd found a good Italian restaurant...we were right. The place was packed, but still quiet enough to carry on a casual conversation. The menu consisted of the usual Italian fare; the dishes we had were done to perfection with just the right amount of spice and sauce in the offering.... More

This Italian restaurant has been around a long time. While there's now lots of fine places to eat in Nashville; this remains a favorite. Consistently good food, attentive service and reasonably priced. Within walking distance of several downtown hotels and has a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.

We dined at Amerigo's on the recommendation of a friend. We were able to walk in with out a reservation and wait only about 15 minutes. The ambiance was greatly affected by where we were seated. Shortly after arriving, a larger party (apparently a graduation party) was seated directly behind us. There had to be at least 25 people. If... More
