We stopped here on our food tour and loved it! It is a small space with ambiance that is great for a personalized dinner, which we experienced when we visited for our daughter's birthday. Friendly, attentive staff. Not a place for young children.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Both the food and service are superior. We were able to enjoy several restaurants during our 4 night stay in Nashville and I will say that when I return to town again I will revisit this restaurant. Make sure you save room for dessert too!

This restaurant does not look like much from outside, but inside it is a gem. The menu is wonderful, especially the diver scallops with lobster mac and cheese.

We celebrated my 68th birthday here. I liked the reviews posted on both Tripadvisor and Open Table so we made reservations. We were here for 2 days of sightseeing and the salute to veterans show at the Grand Old Opry. We shared the salad special of field greens, goat cheese. and strawberry vinaigrette as a starter. My wife had the... More

After a few hours of joining the fray along Broadway, my wife and I decided it was time to head back to the hotel and find a place to eat. We were headed to no where in particular and walked past this little place and decided to venture in. Romantically lit, and fairly busy for 9 pm, we asked to... More

We enjoyed our anniversary here this year, and last year too! Not only is the food delicious, the service is perfect, the wine list is extensive, and the mojitos are very refreshing. This small, intimate restaurant is a great place with consistently perfect service and food.

I had the duck and it was wonderful with right touch of sweetness. We were taking the Midtown's own shuttle to the Nashville Ballet so the server took special care to see that were ready to go. BTW, there's was a 50 percent off wine list that night with great choices.

May be the best in Nashville. Food and service was amazing. Staff was very friendly. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our entrees.

I moved away from Nashville for ten years. I loved Midtown Cafe when I lived in Nashville before. I'm back living in Nashville and had my first meal back at Midtown Cafe at lunch today. Nothing has changed...impeccable service, outstanding food, reasonable prices and a personal touch from owner Randy Rayburn. Midtown is a classic and I'm glad I'm back... More

Yes, this place is next to Hattie B's, the Nashville Landmark with incredibly yummy hot and spicy chicken, but Midtown has delivered several delightful Southern meals with a touch of class. Parking is a pain but they do offer a valet service. It is not a large building so it is congested as you walk in. Turn to the right... More
