Our server Carla was PHENOMENAL, we had a group of 8 and she took care of us all with great detail. Food was excellent, restaurant is practicing great social distancing and cleanliness. HANDS DOWN, BEST EXPERIENCE at a restaurant in a long time. We are...a group from New Orleans and Memphis, thanks for the southern hospitality.More

Dinner was great this evening, and Leman took great care of us tonight by bringing us several varieties of steak. Our waiter was really well and the food tasted great!

Rarely can you find a great restaurant that is more than worth the expense of the meal. Every time that I have dined at Rodizio's I have been impressed by their service. Last night's experience did not disappoint and far exceeded every other time. I...want to especially thank Lamon for the "dark" pineapple. Yes, we were even able to smuggle it out without having to create a distraction :-) Thank you to all the servers for reminding us what true customer service looks like in action. The front desk hostesses could have taken a lesson from Ya'all! The only disappointment was that the view seats weren't available and the hostesses were too rude in explaining it.More

We were in a getaway weekend and decided to dine at this restaurant. We love Brazilian food, we have been to a few Brazilian steak-houses, as well we have been to Brazil and experienced their local food. This restaurant was very disappointing. We asked for...lemon water, the glasses were dirty, the lemon old and stale, and then we found that the silverware had leftover, dried food on them, that looked like it had been there for days. Even though we didn't have a good start, we couldn't wait for the food. Because of the current situation with COVID the buffet is not open - they give you a menu and you have to choose your appetizers and they bring it to you. They were ok, but did not seem fesh. For the sides, the "feijoada" (black beans and rice) was not fresh -- it looked like it had been warmed up in a microwave. The rodizio meat was good but after all this experience, our appetite was ruined. The manager stopped by to ask if everything was okay and after our complaint he offered us desert but we refused. We are definitely NOT coming back and won't recommend it. Spend your $100 somewhere else, it will be worth much more.More

My husband’s birthday, 1st time there, even though we live in town. I was thoroughly impressed with how well they kept all the cleanliness rules. They cleaned the tables (and chairs), before we sat down and after we left. When I made the reservation, they...explained that we must wear masks at all time, when not at the table, they asked us to sanitize our hands as we entered the dining area, and the tables were space 6’ apart and they used disposable menus. We were at Pucketts restaurant, in Franklin, for breakfast the day before and a press conference for the newly some elected officials came barging in. 10-15 people STANDING all around our table and talking, some with masks, some not, no social distancing, and the restaurant just let it happen. I felt very uncomfortable and left. So I was very happy and felt comfortable enjoying a nice meal at Rodizio. Sarai was our server and she was wonderful. No rushing, she offered suggestions when I asked and made the experience very pleasant. The salad bar is shut down for now, but they ask you to pick two chilled sides, two hot sides, and a salad, and bring appetizers. My husband and I both agreed that if the salad bar had been open, we would not have ventured out and tried some of the items, so it was nice to experience different dishes. All of is was so delicious, no complaints at all! The meat was fabulous, hot and plentiful. I really enjoyed the white fish, and my husband enjoyed the lamb the best. Overall, there was so much excellent food, the atmosphere was happy, upbeat, and most of all clean! This is one restaurant that is doing it right. Thanks for a wonderful brunch and making me feel safe and comfortable dining in your establishment . I will be back with my family for my birthday!More
