My husband is a pizza-aholic and has very discerning taste. There are only two pizza places he recommends in Nashville and this is one. Wood fired, quick service, delicious toppings, BYO wine. Did I mention you can bring your own wine? Picnic tables are great for families and small children are welcome.

The quality of the ingredients are quite good. For Nashville. Actually to see bufala mozzarella listed in every pizza on the menu is certainly a first for this city. The sweet peppers definitely added much to the Margherita. Flavor overall was very good, especially the crust. Only downside is the soggy center of the pie on this Margherita.

To REAL brick oven pizza. Pizza takes 90 seconds to cook but should probably cook for another 30 seconds. Oven is over 800 degrees but pizza still came out "limp". Ingredients were very tasty and fresh but sparse. $18 for a Margarita pizza is ridiculous. Barely enough for 2 people.

Delicious Authentic Italian Food. The pizza and lasagna were both excellent. You won't be disappointed. Try it with your partner or your family, even a business celebration would be a good choice.

well, all was good, the thin, crisp crust (if you like that style) , sauce, cheese all OK but that garlic repeated on my like there was no tomorrow. Like they say back in BKLYN, fahgeddiabouit! long term it gave me a bit of agita.

But not great. My issue is with the limp crust; had to fold it up like origami to eat it. $36 for a large margherita pizza, meatball appetizer, 1 beer, & 1 coke- Mexican w/ real sugar 😄). Saw the cannoli's on the way in and decided to get a couple to go on the way out, until we saw... More

Very good place to go for lunch. Food was bursting with flavor from the fresh ingredients that were used. Nice staff with large seating area. I will come back and bring lots of business to your establishment.

Part of the problem of going to a place with so many good reviews is that ones expectations are high. The ingredients were above average, but the crust is a big part of why I'm ok paying this much. It wasn't crispy enough overall to sustain lifting a piece up, yet it was singed on many of the edges to... More

This pizza is fantastic. It is the best I've had within Nashville city limits, and they serve it quick. However it is overpriced, bit hey, I'll be back again, love the pizza!

Description
Are you ready to embark on the most affordable trip your mouth will ever take to Italy?!?Staying true to tradition, our Pizza Napoletana is as authentic as it gets!Using Mozzarella di Bufala made for us earlier in the week in a small town in Campania ...then flown in fresh … or maybe our flour which is shipped over by boat …no no, how about our salt which comes straight from the Mediterranean Sea! This trend continues ...for EVERY single one of our ingredients … I know, it's the real deal!We open at 11:30am, Monday through Saturday, and close as soon as the dough runs out… sorry, it's made fresh, DAILY! And yes, we are not open Sunday, as it's a day to spend with family! So please, do us a favor and stop by to try what pizza is SUPPOSED to taste like. And don't worry if you have limited time, as our hand-made wood burning ovens, with volcanic rockbottoms from Mount Vesuvius, cook your pizza in 60 seconds … it's ok to say wow.. but trust me, you'llbe saying it again when you take that first bite ;)Grazie Mille!
