We celebrated my friends birthday at Bourbon steak, and it was incredible. The staff was superb, especially Cami, our server. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating… we asked for a window seat and they got us as close as possible.. usually 2 tops or large...parties get to have a window seat, but it was fine. My rainbow trout literally melted in my mouth, it was so delicious! The others in my party got steak, of course, and loved it equally. Good job Bourbon Steak, we will be back!More

Contacted them 2 weeks in advance and was guaranteed a window table since we were celebrating a milestone Anniversary. Greeter was aloof to say the least, she led us to a table NOT at the window, said that was the best she could do even...after the guarantee. The food...3 of us ordered the filet which they all said was amazing and melted in their mouth. I ordered the bone in strip, the waiter said it was a great cut of meat. Could not cut it and when I did it was full of gristle. I literally used 3 different knives and couldn't cut it, told the waiter and all he said was he was sorry. In fairness the sides of Mac and cheese, crispy Brussels and mushrooms were AMAZING...We kept noticing several tables had this special appetizer of fries which we didn't have or see on the menu. The table next to us said everyone celebrating something got them, it was her birthday, she got them...our anniversary, we did not....mentioned it to the waiter and he said he was sorry, would I like another bag of their special popcorn. The cocktails were excellent and the views were amazing. The Creme brule was really good, incredible crunch! We also got a 3"long sliver of chocolate cake from them to mark our anniversary which was delicious . Overall we have been to many Marriott restaurants and this was not up to their standards and what should have been an exciting stress free Anniversary celebration was not. That being said even though it was a Tuesday they were very busy, so hopefully this is not the norm.More

My first time visiting Bourbon Steak and it did not disappoint. We ordered the Tuna Tartar appetizer and the presentation and taste was amazing. They split our wedge salad so that we could share and not have to try to do that at the table,...which was greatly appreciated. The tomahawk was amazing and the presentation was great. The tenderness of the steak was unmatched. The Brussel Sprouts and creamy potatoes were the perfect accompaniment to the steak. Our server was knowledgeable and present without being intrusive. A true experience! We are travelers and more importantly foodies. We started with oysters at the bar while we waited on our table by the window for dinner. We were greeted with an anniversary card from the staff, bubbly and the duck fat fries. Those...fries are to die for! For dinner, we ordered the lobster pot pie and the 100 day old dry aged ribeye accompanied by brussels and truffle mac n cheese. Every bite was divine! We ended our night with smores and oh boy, even though we had no room we ate every bite. Don't sleep on this one, it is definitely worth the trip and the money in my opinion! We could have shared one of these meals but we dry age our own steaks and love to compare when we are on the road. This one didn't disappoint which is rare. The pot pie....well it is just an experience in itself!More
