Went to the Starbucks on the way to the airport to catch a plane. order the plane drip coffee and it took over 15 minutes I had to ask and they finally told me that they had to brew another pot would have been nice...if they would have said that up front very slow not very happy with those.More

I rarely come into this location, although I have a few times. Not only does this location not have a cinnamon shaker (although they have nutmeg, vanilla, and chocolate), the barista wouldn't even let me use the one they had behind the counter to sprinkle...on my own beverage. When I said something, all I got was a "sorry"...but I still couldn't pry the shaker from her fingers. I get the fact that Starbucks hires mostly college aged kids, so this is on the store manager. Is it too much to ask that those of us who have been faithfully buying their products for years to actually get consistent service? The service at my "home" location is always excellent, because it's well managed. This location isn't.More

Had to cross the new bridge to get to this Starbucks. Everything good. Good coffee and service. Always nice visiting SB. Had one of best cappuccinos ever.

We stopped on Fri night after shopping. We decided to try one of the cold coffees. It was very good. Better yet, it happen to be half price. Well worth it!

First trip to SB at this new location. The store was extremely busy. The store needs better access - there was only one way in and out. Traffic was heavy. Service was good. Staff seemed overwhelmed with number of customers in the store.

Nice new Starbucks. Everyone is very friendly. Ice tea is A+ . Only thing that's needed is arm chairs like most of the other Starbucks.
